George the locksmith came to my home…
George the locksmith came to my home within 30 minutes of my call to Locksub asking for help because the key had snapped off in the lock of front door. He was very polite, quickly assessed the situation and advised me of my options. When I chose a new lock he fixed it without any fuss or mess. Everything was very efficient and I'm very grateful, thank you. George also got on very well with my little dog Nugget who had her nose into everything. Thanks again, Helen

Really quick response at a reasonable price. All you give is your postcode. They arrived within 45 mins. Very quickly in after broken key in the lock. Payment via phone. Couldn’t have been more simple.

Totally unsatisfactory service from…
Totally unsatisfactory service from this Agency and the Locksmith that came out to my aged mother. Unable to fix a stuck lock, doesn’t answer calls or messages to say when returning after a week has passed. Mother 85 and unwell, locked in and inaccessible so very dangerous situation. Agency manager will not call me after I spoke to two separate operators. Disgraceful.
Update. They contacted me but solely to pay me to get review removed. No thought of resolving my issues!

Avoid this company
Avoid this company. Always will call you first and give unreasonable quote. If you don’t accept it then will tell you to F off, that you have been blacklisted with all locksmiths and that you should look for Polish or Romanian company. Rasists. All other quotes were twice cheaper that they quoted. Always get at least one more quote from someone else.
