I'm managing partner at a small engineering services firm. We're technically oriented here but we are NOT competent to manage websites or do much of anything else IT-related. With Logocal Position, we don't need to be. when we launched our firm three years ago, I threw together a bare-bones website on a very simple DIY platform, with the expectation that when I had more time I'd work on the "real" website. But before I did that, we signed up with Logical Position.

We have been far too busy to ever get back to that project of making a "real" website, and it is entirely Logical Position's fault. They've helped us with Google and Microsoft web ads, keyword tuning, they've even written and inserted some very helpful copy into our webiste. Here are some results:

When we launched in 2023 we brought with us some established clients from our previous employer (who shut down at that time). If I divide our 2025 and 2026 YTD revenue into "established clients" and "from the website," the percentages for "from the website" are 40.5% for 2025 and 25.3% for '26YTD, respectively. That's amazing. The '26 number is a little misleading--we've recently completed some large & expensive jobs for an established client, plus we're anticipating some follow-on work from new clients to raise the '26 revenue, but it's not yet on the books. And I'm working on fresh quotes & proposals for potential new clients right now. So the final percentage for 2026 is likely to beat 2025's number. These breakdowns are for annual reveue in the $600k-$750k range, which is far ahead of where we expected to be this soon.

All of that is Logical Position's doing. Our account manager Cami and her team continue to proactively pursue ideas that they're not getting from us. Obviously what they're doing is working like a muth-... working very well indeed. In fact they've gotten very little input or direction from us. This is because a) this is not our area of expertise, it's theirs, and b) why would we rock this boat? Look at those revenue numbers!
