Poor service. Never received my order. Not reachable by phone and not replying on e-mail!!!

Bad service!!

I love the beautiful logos you guys produce.

It was such an easy process thanks to logomaker! I was able to pick a logo out of many options and then I had the option to personalize it and make it exactly the way I wanted it. I love logomaker and anyone who is thinking of using it should most definitely use it.

Suppose to get a free logo i tested and edited a couple the program would not let me delete them which let me to a $40.00 service which then allowed me to down load my logo. Then I come to fine out that it is for a single logo. I contacted the rip-offs they only replied sorry you don't like our prices

i was easily able to create my youtube logo in minutes

I like the ease of creating the logo but no way to put it into digital format so I can get embroidered shirts made. Disappointed

I am 11 yrs old. I used this a lot at school and it helped me and my group make logos for fake ads and making a logo for our website

This company provides AWFUL customer service.
I placed a reorder and the checkout did not provide the shipping address. After I placed the order, I received an invoice and noticed it was being shipped to the wrong address. IMMEDIATELY, I contacted them through this stupid form. They will not let you talk to a live person. They sent an email and said TOO BAD SO SAD. NOTHING THEY COULD DO ABOUT IT.

THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO READ THE BOOK "HUG YOUR HATERS" BECAUSE i AM NOW A HATER.

This company is terrible.

We hired this company to make a logo for our company and we wanted the logo to be proprietary to us.

This was 3.5 years ago....fast forward to now...we have seen our EXACT logo and EXACT color scheme used to 3 other companies...that we know of.

Whats the point in paying for it to be proprietary to us if other companies are going to use the exact logo and color scheme?

I would NOT use this company...go on Fiverr.com and have them create your logo's. This company is TRASH.

Total scam if buy a website you will never be able to transfer it you I bought everything from them never again

Total scam site, responses are hard to come by. Errors are final and non-correctable, you will have to eat any error in ordering even after minutes of the order going through. Responses will cite terms and conditions and will only seek to sell you more services instead of correcting a simple mistake. Avoid at all costs.

I created my logo + cards. They looked great on the editor. I paid for the cards & logo. I received 1 email with the samples, then shortly after an email saying the cards had been sent. Problem is that the back of the card text is so small no one can read it + it shifted to left side. I informed them but they said it was too late & my fault; they keep sending me emails saying I confirmed the order when I didn't. So I asked them to send me my email showing that I confirmed it & they can't, bcuz there isn't one. One rep offered me a 30% discount on my next order (which there won't be one) due to their incompetency. Another rep offered me the full credit of $85 but the other rep is telling me they didn't offer that when in fact I have the email which shows they did. Now I have 250 biz cards that are useless. ps. I build websites, design biz cards, logos, and know how to use these editors perfectly. Don't use Logomaker unless you want your money to get eaten alive.
