DO NOT USE THESE SCAMMERS
DO NOT USE THESE SCAMMERS! Charged over £1,000 for a Sunday broken hinge call-out to a domestic window, only to remove a piece of glass (beaded internally) screw the window shut and refix the glass, was there 20 minutes! Then wanted another £600 to fix the problem!! Absolute CON!!!!
Rubbish people
Rubbish people. Never use them. Never commit to their words
Avoid!!!
I had to use this company after burglars broke the glass of my balcony's door. The burglars also tried to force the lock, and broke the key leaving half of it inside the lock.
My boyfriend contacted London Glazing, and they agreed to come and replace the glass on the 14th of January. They also said they were going to take a look at the lock, and would try to remove the key.
They initially told him it was going to cost me £795, but when the guy came, he invoiced me £2040! I needed it urgently so I agreed to pay. He returned with the glass and with another colleague who tried to take the key out of the lock.
Only when they left I realised that he tried to pull out the key by using gorilla glue! So now the key is stuck inside the lock and there is no way I can remove it. I will have to replace the lock, and God knows how much it’s going to cost me, as I'll probably have to remove the glass first. The most annoying thing is that they left and didn’t say a word!
Not even worthy of a one star
ALL I CAN SAY IS READ THE REVIEWS!
WISH I HAD!
WOULD HAVE SAVED MYSELF A WHOLE LOT OF MONEY.
BE VERY CAREFUL.
Total Rip Off
Called out as an emergency did not want to give a price. Standard 6.4 mm fitted lied to say they done us a favour by giving us someone else's appointment. no estimate was given. Rang the company boss who said we are insurance approved asked for a VAT invoice there is no VAT as we have just registered the company (how is this company insurance approved if not VAT registered).
Insisted to pay £2600 for glazing 287cm x 55cm strengthened glass.
NEVER USE THIS COMPANY EVER............
GOOD LUCK.
Be very wary.
Do not call out this company unless you have a firm and definite quote - which will probably be hard to pin down. Even then think twice. Rude and unhelpful.
Ripoff and rude
Ripoff and rude. When I mentioned that his quote was 3 times more than that of my local company he rudely said “why are you call me then”
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Didn’t read the reviews, huge mistake. 10 minute job, asking for £840. Guy turned up in plain van, no company logo. Asked for quote beforehand, none given. Gave the name Sewardstone Windows to transfer the money to, or cash. An invoice has been requested but not forthcoming.
At the time of writing this we have not made payment as we work for the Landlord of the property and he is disputing the amount.
Warning, do not use !!!
Our shop door got smashed, staff called this company out, they charged us £3500 to put up a bit of cork board ! No quote given before hand. Then the fitter took our door handle. When I asked for it back I was told to come and get it. Had to spend £100 on a taxi. This company are ripping people off. Do not use ! Warning!
Used this company after Storm Franklin…
Used this company after Storm Franklin for emergency boarding or repair of window which blew out. Made mistake of not asking the price before they turned up, and they massively overcharged. Insistent on immediate payment, said that they would email a receipt which they did not do, making it difficult to present claim to the insurers.
