Was a bit worried with some comments about the pass but if you well organise your day, the London pass make things much easier to visit London main attractions! We had a 3 day pass+ and organise a route to include the main attractions in order to take the most value of the pass.
It made us run a bit but was worth it as we were able to save about 30% if we buy tickets directly in the attractions online. ( More if on site)
Had no issues with admission and time slot on any attractions.

It was a great experience to visit basically every major attraction without having to buy separate tickets. There are a few places which require pre-booking but this was never a problem and changes can be made at fairly short notice. The best experience was that when we wanted to visit Westminster Abbey it first said "no more tickets available" but with the London Pass Plus they still allowed us to get in.

I used this pass to visit many attractions that I would’t visit without. The admission to attractions is very quick and easy. No need to book in advance the majority of them

The London Pass has enabled us to do a lot and saved us a lot. We were able to see a lot, and I would definitely use the pass again :)

Because the passes were prepaid, it didn’t feel as if we were spending lots of money while in London. We never had to queue to get in places, because in effect we already had tickets. We took our grandchildren for two nights and packed in lots of sightseeing - Tower of London, West Minster Abbey, Uber boat on the Thames, Cutty Sark, Greenwich and more.

It is only valid for a year, and is not refundable after one month of purchase.

You really have to motor to see everything and make the pass worthwhile. If you want to leisurely explore London then I would suggest not buying the pass. One day I did the Amy Winehouse tour, the Jack the Ripper tour, the Tower of London and the Shard. We were busy! It feels like you’re trying to pack everything in to get value for $$. The highlight was definitely the bicycle tour of London we would not have thought to otherwise done this and it was the best part of the trip. If it wasn’t for the London pass we would not have thought to book the bicycle tour.

The security knowing that I could get in places with the London pass was amazing. Bought the pass for one day and it was so worth it

This was the perfect way to visit London for a first time tourist in this city. So many choices and different ways to see all the main attractions. We saved so much money by using the London pass and saw way more. Highly recommend!

Easy to use. Booked many things online. It also opened me to a lot of things I enjoyed doing but didn’t even know were options.

This was the best way to see as much of London in a short space of time. We had the 4 day pass and utilised it to the max.

It's a good deal overall as long as you plan your journey well and get to see at least 4-5 attractions per day.

When I used the London Pass, everything worked perfectly, as it should. I was able to see all the sights I wanted to see at a cheaper price.
The only thing that is a bit confusing is that in one part of the sales information, it says you can see as many attractions as you can fit into the day, but in a different part it says that your pass has a certain amount of points which you use up as you go. It doesn’t tell you at any time how many points an attraction is worth or how many points you have left. Anyway, I apparently didn’t use up my points because I wasn’t refused entry to anything.

Flew over 4000 miles, purchased the London pass PLUS for $400. Because their reservation system was not working, we were unable to reserve and see London sites like The Chard, London eye, Madame Tussauds - any attraction that required a reservation! Since then customer service has ignored me and when they do reply they just say no refund! Crooks!!!!
Do NOT buy this!!!
