The pass offers a large range of options and is easy to deal with. We enjoyed not to think about entrance fees during our stay in London. Unfortunately there´s no chance to join fast entrance lanes with the pass, even when reservations were done. We felt comfortable und would book the london pass again.

The hop on hop off bus was so useful and valuable to us. We also had prepaid tickets to certain sites, and we didn't have to worry about paying there or signing up online. We also enjoyed the Uber boat that made frequent stops. It was well worth the money!

Very flexible and it permits to be busy during all the day with a very diverse class of activities

Great option for traveling around London with plenty of excursions and tours included in the London Pass. The only downside is that missed reservations can’t be rescheduled, which lowers my rating a bit.

It was nice not having to make reservations at every attraction. You can just show up at many of them The 3 day pass was well worth the value.

The London pass is a real gem. It allows you to visit so many attractions, castles, stadiums, cathedrals and zoos amongst so many other attractions at a lower cost than what you would pay if you paud them directly at each attraction. And the plus, the bus tour hop on hop off is included in it and that is the best.

We found getting value from our pass difficult as access times limited what one can do. We arrived two minutes later than expected and had no way of linking up with the guided group. Sometimes we were at the place but were sent from polar to post without finding our group. A true comparison of prices and gains is nigh impossible. On the whole it served us well.

The LondonPass is valueable and a good guideline for the first visit

Best way to visit London and see the many sites offered. We visited many sites that we wouldn’t have visited without the pass. The app makes it very easy to make reservations and schedule tours.

Flexible arrangement and easy to use
My son booked a time slot for the scene but could not attend in time. He was able to change the time slot before the original one.

Visiting at the end of August we had almost no queues and could pass even when the booked window for visit was not yet on. At every attraction, people knew what they had to do (scanning and letting through). Super easy and a lot of attractions included!

We went to London for 12 days and i purchased 10 day London Passes (Plus option)for myself and my family. It was expensive upfront, but well worth it in the end - we visited over 20 places included on the pass. All i needed to do for few of them is to pre-book in advance (for some like Shard and London Eye, even boking few hours in advance was not a problem. No ticket lines to stand in - very easy and convenient. Also, thanks to the passes we visited more places than we would without them. I probably would not go to James Bond tour and my wife woukd not go to Agatha Christie tour. But since they were included in the London Pass, we had a great experiences. I calculated that we saved over 400 pounds total with the passes as prices in London are extremely high. Keep in mind - we bought 10 day passes. Not sure if the passes worth it for 1-3 days. Passes aslo include sites that are further afield such as Greenwich and Windsor, Football stadiuks such as Arsenal and Chelsea, andif booked in advance - food tour and various neighborhood walks. We did "chsnging of the guard walk" tour that was great. To summariaze if you want educational London experience and planning to be in London for 1+ weeks, the pass well worth it.

If there’s a problem with a reservation, you should at least reply the same day.

Was a bit worried with some comments about the pass but if you well organise your day, the London pass make things much easier to visit London main attractions! We had a 3 day pass+ and organise a route to include the main attractions in order to take the most value of the pass.
It made us run a bit but was worth it as we were able to save about 30% if we buy tickets directly in the attractions online. ( More if on site)
Had no issues with admission and time slot on any attractions.
