Thanks to the London Pass, we saved a lot of money overall. The convenient app made it easy for us to plan our stay, and with the reservations, we were able to avoid long waiting times.

It’s fine — it’s worth the price if you enjoy a packed and fulfilling holiday in London, but I wouldn’t recommend it if you’re after a calm one. My days there were always rushed because of the London Pass. It was also really frustrating when I got to Westminster Abbey and couldn’t go in — they’d changed the visiting hours for London Pass holders. The app said we could enter all day on that day, but the sign outside said only in the afternoon because it's busy. It was annoying, given no prior notice to us. I ended up wasting my morning.

Almost everything went very well, except on the 3rd day of the 7 day pass, the app on my phone dropped our two passes right when we were in line for our Tower Bridge tour. We had to leave the line and figure out what was going on with the app. I used your chat feature to get our passes resent to me and I had to delete the app and reinstall it. This took me over 30 minutes and we missed our Tower Bridge tour. Other than that issue the passes worked fine.

Very useful. Its worth it. I only miss something with the attraction because it needs booking before your visit. But over all, it's really convenient

Useful if you are going to go to many places that need a ticket

The pass gave us access to lots of attractions and we were able to pay for it in advance of our trip to help with budgeting.
The thing that annoyed us was that one of the attractions detailed on the list, is no longer available. The Churchill War Rooms was somewhere that we really wanted to visit and we thought we could as it was listed in the attractions on the pass. However, when we turned up we were advised that they no longer accepted the London Pass and we would have to pay another £33 each to enter. They also advised that this has been the case since before Covid. This attraction should therefore be removed from the list as it is false advertising.

This pass really helped me to make the most of my 4 day trip to London. I purchased the 2 day pass and was able to put In the sights I wanted to see and if put them in order off seeing them which was really helpful. Real value for money if you stick some of the bigger ticket visits in there, we used it for an escape room experience and a jack the ripper tour experience alongside a trip on the Thames and the tower of London to name a few.

The London Pass includes many sights you should see when being in London for the first time. Therefore I really recommend it for this kind of tourists.

It was much cheaper, affordable and easy. The best thing is no need to take separate tickets, digital pass worked everywhere.
One can not complete everything in 7 days, so select the place wisely.
Overall I have a wonderful experience.

Terms were not clear and not value for money when some of the attractions are closed on the day of the pass

We took an 8 day trip to London to celebrate our fortieth wedding anniversary. The London Pass was great and we certainly made some savings. It was easy to initialise at our first visit and we had no problem at all with any of the many places we visited or with any of the pre-bookings we had to make!

Good value for money if you have a wide interest in London.

Loved it. Paid for itself with just a few attractions. Hop on hop off bus was excellent.

The restrictions on big attractions such as Windsor and Westminster would cause me to not buy the London Pass if I had to do it over again. We would have missed the changing of the guard except that a kind person let us in early because we asked. We did miss the verger tour at Westminster and as such never saw the shrine of Edward the Confessor which was the biggest miss. Otherwise, things went as planned but I’d certainly recommend creating an itinerary and make sure that the restrictions work with what you want to do. In hindsight, I would have not gotten the pass.

The pass in itself is a wonderful idea. The thing is, we don't have enough time to do all the activities we pay for.
We paid for 6 days / 18 activities. We had to rush through some of them to get to the next one. it would also be easier if the pass could be use for the amount of time we paid but not necessarily consecutives days.

With a two-day pass, we visited five tourist attractions that normally require a fee, including the Abbey and the Royal Palace in the suburbs. Since there was no need to purchase tickets, we were able to enjoy sightseeing at our own pace. The pass was also very convenient for traveling on the Thames River by Uberboat.

It was amazing to have so many choices, but it was overwhelming and of course you’re not able to do but a few.

Our 5 day pass allowed us to experience so much more than we would have paid full price to do. The 2 of us managed to fit in close to 800 pounds worth of attractions for close to half that price.
