I can’t say enough good things about Lookah. Between myself and my roommates we have three Mini Unicorns and three Pythons. They back the products whether I’ve bought them in the store or online. My rainbow Mini Unicorn stopped working and they have had great customer service to help me with it. I have bought replacement parts through the Lookah website as well. I love everything from the packaging to the operation of the products. I don’t think you can go wrong with any of their items.

Dragon egg malfunctioned shortly after purchase. Customer service was helpful and got me a replacement right away. Highly recommended.

I have a dragon egg and I completely love it! It started giving me some issues so I reached out to customer service to see what i was doing wrong. They were so nice, helpful, and VERY quick with replying (which I greatly appreciate) if I could give more than 5 star I would.

I have a few of the products octopus, turtle, dinosaur egg and the dinosaur. I love the dinosaur egg esay to use, travel and clean. It looks like a cup so kinda discreet. I had a problem with my dinosaur rig and the problem was fixIsending a new one. Had to send back the old one which I had to pay almost $20. To send it back which kinda sucks but atleast I didn't have to pay for a completely new one

Well not only excellent service but excellent customer service as well . I was visiting back home *maryland* and stopped a vape store for a battery and ended up getting a load 510 battery well about a week & half later it just stopped working out the blue well I contacted lookah about it & explained the situation where I purchased the load in Maryland but currently live in Florida now . Well they ended up replacing it for me thank you guys

I purchased a swordfish that was awesome unfortunately it quit after a week, the company is replacing and throwing in a bonus for my trouble, now that’s great customer service! Thank you Lookah!!!

Unit had a battery that would not stay charged, customer service was quick to respond and took care of it..Good company...

This mini unicorn is the truth, this lil thing tokes for the size and its worth the price real convenient for at home and on the go.

My Lookah Bear died for some reason. I was very frustrated so I emailed with customer service. Our conversation started off rocky but they were amazing! They truly cared enough to help me! Highly recommend! Good service, fast replies, caring people!

Can’t say enough good things about this company! Products are great, customer service…TOP NOTCH! One minor issue with one of the seven products I own, but when I reached out, Lookah customer service was quick to respond and resolve the issue. The best all way around!

The customer service has always helped me out in any situation. Including replacing parts and or devices. I own the lookah seahorse and pro, seahorse 2 , and the seahorse x. Great reliability just have to keep it clean.

I purchased my lookah guitar and was so excited. The product came and it was better than expected. The color is awesome and the lights are exciting. It has lots of different modes and the instructions are easy to follow.

My Seahorse Pro Plus is an amazing little concentrate inhaler . The Lookah company itself is by far is very helpful, every time I ever had a question or problem they were quick with a response and help. Definitely buy one of Lookah’s products you can’t go wrong!

I have had many Lookah products, their batteries for 510 thread are superior to other products on the market. I always recommend them to my friends and they have great customer service when it comes to whenever any product has any issues!

Been using the seahorse for a little while and was pretty happy with those. Saw the mini unicorn and decided to give it a try, its my new go to! I love it, its almost like a Puffco but at a way more reasonable price. The bubbler did have a leak when i bought it, but customer service took care of me. I would definitely buy more Lookah products!
