I have a Lookah Seahorse Pro Plus. I loved it but it stopped working. Lookah was able to give a replacement even though I didn't have a receipt. They were very helpful and I'm looking at getting a Turtle.

I bought a seahorse pro plus from a local shop, and there was a slight defect. The threads to screw in a cartrige had an issue. I reached out to lookah and they arranged to have a new one sent to me to replace the old one. The process was so quick and easy! I have purchased from them before and I will continue to do so. I love their products!

The company makes great quality products. The seahorse line gives great favor and clouds for a great cost, and their costumer service is top notch! Great place to buy from.

I purchased a battery that stopped working properly after about a month. I contacted the company and they offered to send a replacement if I shipped the other one back!i didn't have the receipt and they were still willing to help!

I have several Lookah devices, most recently a Q7 mini (LOVE IT!). THE COOLEST PART, THOUGH, is that when I contacted customer service about having several missing or broken pieces of glassware they ship them to me free of charge once I prove that I was a legit customer. It was very cool and I appreciate it very much. Solid customer support. And I even accidentally contacted Chinese based Lookah support, and they still helped! That's awesome!

i've purchased 3 lookah seahorse pro's throughout the years, so i decided it was time for the upgrade to the seahorse king since it is supposed to have a longer battery and metal body. i was kinda nervous to get it cause i wasn't sure whether the external battery would bother me when using it, but after the first time using it, it felt fine and comfortable. the only issue i had with is is that the battery wasn't holding compared to my seahorse plus. after emailing the support team they were super willing to help me and send me a replacement. i've always loved lookah products but this was my first time dealing directly with the lookah team and i think it just makes me more of a loyal customer since they have such great customer service. i'm definitely going to have explore some of their other products. i'm excited to try the lookah turtle device too.

I love the dry vape vaporizer ice cream. It makes your flower smoother. It travels nicely. If you have any issues, Lookah is very responsive and stand behind there products. Highly recommended.

I loved this companies products ever since being gifted the Lookah Seahorse! When I was looking to purchase an E-Nail, I turned to the Lookah Q7 Portable E-Nail Dab Kit! Haven’t gone back to Quartz nail and torch since!

I have always loved Lookah products and have never had any issues with them before. I Currently have the Giraffe, and the guitar and both are amazing products. I recently had a problem with the guitar and the company was very helpful and fast with getting me a replacement as it was not an issue caused by me.

Lookah customer service was excellent! They were quick and responsive, respectful and kind! I would recommend them e batteries to anyone!!

Purchased a seahorse 2.0 in may 2025. It decided to quit working just recently. I contacted the company and they promptly responded and even let me know they would replace my device! Didn’t expect this outcome, just maybe some help to fix my device. Great customer service!

My name is Josh smith of monroe ga I bout the lookah seahorse x all in one from lookah and this thing absolutely rip and it come be smoke literally any way you think of its awesome. Then my mod went bad and I was sad until I emailed the lookah team and they were quit to respond and offer to send me a replacement with few questions asked . That's what I call customer service... THANKS LOOKAH!

Absolutely LOVE Lookah products. The fit of the carts is fine precision. The colors are flashy and attractive. The designs are so cool! The Bear...cool as hell. The Guitar is sick. Very heavy duty. I was concerned the thinner parts would break easily. Yea that's not happening. Thing is tough. The F1 is so cool. Looks kinda reserved and chill. I was worried the lay-down position would make carts that are close to empty a pain in the rear. The designers did well. You can't see it. But it's designed with a slight slant so the cart contents ooze to the bottom! Nice work!

Don't hesitate on Lookah. You'll love them!

Lookah is one of my go to brands for 510 thread batteries. I’ve also tried the Seahorse nectar collector.. that thing rips!
Unfortunately I had a short in my Lookah Bear and no longer had my receipt. I reached out to customer service, sent them a short video of my device not working, and explained the situation to them. They understood I just wanted a working product and made it happen for me. They don’t pay for shipping however they do reimburse you for a discount on a future purchase. I could not be happier with my customer service experience and will definitely keep rocking Lookah for the foreseeable future! Thank you Lookah!

Recently purchased the Seahorse Plus Pro and love its portability and it delivers a smooth, flavorful dabs with ease. Heats quickly and is super beginner-friendly. I reached out to customer service and they were quick to respond and efficient. Will definitely buy from them again!

I bought the looks seahorse few months ago. Loved it so much that I had to buy a second one to have handy while one was charging or being cleaned. It has great functionality with different settings and a usb c charging port.

I love how pretty the colors are and how compact the design is. I do wish the glass tube was a bit longer to be able to remove easier. Other than that the coils are fantastic and the battery last a couple days of consistent use.

Lookah is a wonderful company! I had gotten a bear a while ago and it just quit working. Even though it’s a 3 month period for returns, they still are doing it for me!! Their customer service is amazing and respond in a timely manner. Also the 510 batteries are so cute 😊 Highly recommend!!!!!

I can’t say enough good things about Lookah. Between myself and my roommates we have three Mini Unicorns and three Pythons. They back the products whether I’ve bought them in the store or online. My rainbow Mini Unicorn stopped working and they have had great customer service to help me with it. I have bought replacement parts through the Lookah website as well. I love everything from the packaging to the operation of the products. I don’t think you can go wrong with any of their items.

Dragon egg malfunctioned shortly after purchase. Customer service was helpful and got me a replacement right away. Highly recommended.
