I checked the reviews after ordering the Rome Ankle boots from LLS and was so sure that I made a mistake. However. Not only did my order arrive within less than a week, the product is exactly as advertised. I am very, very pleased.

Even though I was bummed that the color of the boots did not match what was advertised, I was satisfied with the quality! I love the way they fit around my small calves, and the heel isn’t too high! The customer service was amazing, and they replied to my emails in a timely manner!

I bought boots that were advertised as leather and the website stated returns and exchanges were possible in the US. The boots were plastic and when I tried to process a return, I was told returns were not possible with that item. I did not realize that these boots were shipping from China. If I had known, I would not have ordered them:(

I love their boots! Customer service was great - able to exchange wrong size.
But the boots ARE NOT LEATHER despite advertising that they are "genuine leather!" I bought the Regina Knee High boot. So consider this when purchasing/pricing.

Looks Like Summer boots. I thought they looked great in photo. Website advertised them as leather but they may be playing games by making a small part leather. Shoe is clearly plastic. Have requested a refund.

I bought Victoria Knee high and am amazed by quality and style. I am quite picky about fashion so I did worry about what I would get since it’s a new brand for me. Surprisingly They look exactly like in the website pictures! Perfect for dresses outfit! The customer service is another surprise! They took care of every concern. It’s my first time buying this brand products and I definitely recommend it to all my friends.

I ordered the Regina boots in black. It took a couple of weeks to receive which is fine, and they look like the website photos. Size is true for me. The shaft is on the narrow side, which also works for me. I do not believe they are real leather but they are good looking pleather so for $123 maybe a tad overpriced. Definitely from China, not Portugal. So the 2 star deduction is for misleading about the mfr location and being genuine leather. I will likely not order from the site again as I feel I would be taking a risk on what I will receive.

Esto me han contestado cuando les he preguntado. Y ya me parece de lo más inaceptable. Me traspasan a mi la responsabilidad de pagar los impuestos cuando nadie te avisa de que estás comprando en China. En fin una verguenza. Transcribo literalmente:

Hello! I ordered the boots on the website and was really unsatisfied with the outcome. firstly, they told me that they might send it from Europe and not from America, which was really important for me, because it means I wouldn’t pay duty taxes. however, as soon as I received my package, I had to pay 55 euros as a tax. I didn’t plan to have these expenses, so I am completely sure that these money should be payed by the shop. They gave me the wrong information from the beginning. BUT THE WORST is that the shoes were supposed to be the size 40. I am 39, and yet I still didn’t get to squeeze into them. My coworker which has a size 38, tried them on and they fit perfectly. Obviously the measurement is messed up and the fault is fully on the shop. I tried to contact the shop hundred times and they just continue ignoring me. Totally sure the shop is a scam and would never recommend anyone to order there: communication and the product are both really-really bad.

Everything about this company is amazing. I first ordered the White Brianna boots. From start to finish the Looks Like Summer communicated with me every step. They confirmed my purchase then confirmed when they were out for shipment, confirmed they were almost at my doorstep and finally confirmed they had arrived. they are reasonably priced and all leather. There isn't a day that I wear these boots that I don't get a compliment. I love these boots... so I bought them in black as well. I had the same experience with the ordering and shipping. I also ordered the Selena ankle boot. Again it fits perfectly and looks amazing. I can't be happier with my purchases. I wish i had the same experience with all my online ordering.

I was looking forward for my boots because it was the color brown I was looking for. I received them yesterday 12/1/21, they were very soft leather , perfect fit and in top of that , I wore them for 8 hrs at my job , so comfortable. I will buy again. I am thinking in getting the black one as well as others.

Very skeptical when placing my order. However, it turned out to be pretty nice! The shipping is so fast, faster than many domestic sites. The quality is decent, and the style is just dope. I immediate want to order another pair.

I ordered the Willow tall chelsea boots without checking reviews first, and after reading that Looks Like Summer is a “scam” site, I fully expected to receive a cheap pair of boots and to never see a refund. I was very surprised to receive a beautiful pair of tall leather boots for a great price ($90) + free shipping. Granted, the shaft was faux leather, but the shoe area was genuine leather, which is where it counts, and hey, these are $90 boots, not $300 Fryes. The boots were a little small (I wear an 11 wide and ordered the 43), so returned them using the return label. I received notification emails and a prompt refund. All communication was prompt and courteous. I would definitely shop from Looks Like Summer again if my feet weren’t so big!

Poor quality and they charge you $15 to return , by that they cover the shoe cost.....

Good quality shoes, responsive to emails (customer service) , fast shipping. 👍🏻 Ordered online and it arrived in time for my holiday.

More than 15 days and my order remains underlivered, with very little information on the package and when or if its going to be delivered any time in the future.
Regardless of being in France items are being send from China.

I purchased boots from LLS during the pandemic and while it took a little while (read: forever), the boots arrived and I love them.

I recently just purchased a bag and did not realize that since it was a summer discount sale, it was non-refundable. The bag wasn't totally to my liking but it was fine enough (no inside pockets which was the worst part) but I was OK to keep it and decided to wear it out walking in the city.

The strap of the bag continuously came apart from the bag (held on with just a little button through the leather, not a clasp, not a belt buckle, not a snap). I couldn't walk more than a block without the strap completely unhooking/unlatching and falling off me mid-step. It was not ideal for walking through NYC which is what the bag was for.

I reached out to LLS and pleaded my case. I can tell they were relunctant to give me a refund but after come level setting around their no-refund policy (my argument was that I was sold faulty merchandise and that should be rectified), they sent me a return label and said that after inspection they'd evaluate if I would receive an refund.

Now, if I had read the review of this co before I bought the boots I would've hit cancel.. but I didn't and loved my boots so I took a chance on a bag. When this happened I did my research and the reviews are awful. Working in client service myself, I know how important reviews are to a business.

I am writing this review to confirm that I did get 100% refunded from LLS after explaining to them that while the bag arrived in the right condition, the bag literally did not function as described and that I was sold faulty merchandise. The team over there ultimately agreed and I wanted to share my experience as while mine may had started out negative, this definitely ended up being positive.

If you lay our your argument rationally, it will work in your favor.
