Thank You!

After trying to resolve an issue I was experiencing with the comments tab, I submitted a ticket through the website and also sent an email to the Support Team. They were quick to respond with troubleshooting suggestions, and when those did not fix the issue, they looked into it further and resolved the issue! The Support Team was professional, friendly, and ultimately took care of the issue, so thank you!

As the head of digital marketing at a non-profit, I was having a difficult time finding a scheduler that worked well and didn't break the bank. I signed us up for Loomly about five years ago, and our team uses it everyday. Cannot recommend enough.

How far they fall

This was great, until it wasn't. Drastic price increase in the last 6 months up to 332/month. I tried to clear out everything I could to go down to the free package. It wouldn't let me because it said I was connected to twitter/x. twitter x was not visible, and didn't show as being connected-infact, there was no sign of anything twitter/x on their website at all. So I googled it and found out they didn't offer it anymore. So why was my account saying it was connected? I tried clearing the cache for the website which was the suggested fix, and loomly it seems could not be cleared from safari website. I tried everything. No joy. then I went to contact customer service. No chat box, no email, no phone, just a bunch of "help" sections that did not help at all. Ironically I had to google their email, and it showed up on X. Wow, what started out as an awesome tool, turned out to be something I want to run away from. The worst part is no contact info. Seriously?????

The constant updates to the app are unhelpful. Today I can't even use the Unsplash images as the button to insert does not appear. This makes my work take more time.

My threads connection is constantly breaking.

I don't think I will be renewing at the end of my subscription.

Avoid Loomly!! If you’re running a business and relying on scheduling tools to actually work

We’ve experienced ongoing Instagram publishing failures for months, despite following every guideline their support suggested. Posts fail randomly, require manual re-publishing, and completely break any reliable content strategy.
What’s worse:
The issue affects specific accounts only, while others work fine — which clearly points to a platform-side problem, not Instagram limits.
Support continuously defaults to blaming Instagram API limits, even when the behavior doesn’t match those limits.
We were advised to reduce posting frequency, space posts out, and “monitor patterns” — none of which solved the issue.
This results in lost time, missed content windows, and constant manual work, defeating the purpose of using a scheduler.
For a paid platform, reliability is non-negotiable — and Loomly simply doesn’t deliver it.
The most frustrating part is not even the bug — it’s the lack of ownership and real resolution.
At this point, it feels like you’re paying to troubleshoot their system.

Horrible

Horrible. They were once charging $35 per month for their basic services. Thats what I consented to. Then I realize that last June they started charging us $332 PER MONTH right before I was on a 6 month leave. I'm not only mad becuase they started charging 10 times what we consented to pay, but they also have been billing us for $83 more each month than the plan they signed us up for, and this is while we were not using it at all. So far they are only offering that we can cancel our plan, but are not acknowledging the blatent overcharges that they cannot explain. Dont trust them.
