Habitant en Egypte, le côté service téléphone était vraiment important! et donc la distance ne bloque pas!

The service was really perfect, I needed to change the address which has been done without any problem, the package was in very good condition and of course containing what I ordered, the quality as very good and as described on the website, the telephone service is working perfectly as someone answered me from the first time, and has been able to answer all my questions!
As I'm leaving in Egypt, the telephone service was important, so even with distance it's doable!
I really suggest you people out there who are musicians to order from this music shop!

Everything worked out perfectly well. The piano we bought was well packed. The delivery happened as planned. Throughout the whole purchase process I kept receiving e-mails informing me about the different steps and never had to wonder about if and when the piano would be delivered, or had to call or write to know how things were proceeding. Would recommend this site 100%.

Lovely instrument in a sturdy plastic case. Has a beautiful sound. My children (ages 7 and 9) like this very much. A good companion to the piano lessons.
