I have been using Loreal Revitalift…
I have been using Loreal Revitalift night moisturizer and Hydra Renewal for only 1 week and my skin feels rougher than it did before I started it. Last night it made my face feel sticky and after a while of having it on it would roll up on my skin if I rubbed it. I've always been hesitant of buying any face product because I've been afraid it wouldn't work. And for someone on a tight budget it's just too pricey for something that doesn't work. Just throwing money down the drain. I understand that things just don't work sometimes but to make my skin feel worse was not expected.
Money grabbing & take no blame!
Money grabbing & take no blame!
I bought Ultra Platinum Preference to refresh/lift my own already blonde hair. Paid a staggering £12.00, which for a box dye is expensive. I purchased it purely because on the front of the box it says in bold " anti YELLOW". I followed the instructions exactly & to my horror my hair was YELLOW!!!!! I called L'Oréal & was told it must have been a "faulty batch" & I would receive an email from them with some questions to answer, which I did immediately. The advice from L'Oréal to me was to go & buy myself some Head & Shoulders or other Clarifying Shampoos to strip the yellow out. REALLY!! Email arrives & asks...
Q1) Where the dye was purchased
Q2) Where it was stored
Q3) Batch code
Q4) Photo of box dye
Q5) Proof of purchase
Q6) Name & address.
I provide all this & while waiting for the reply I search online & see that L'oreal actually sell this clarifying shampoo so decided I would mention it in my reply to their next email. After answering all the questions I received an email stating I could have a refund for the box dye...whoopeeee I'm so grateful NOT!!! I told them I had discovered that online they could assist with their "faulty batch" error by sending me the shampoo they stock but I was told they WOULD NOT do this.
So, even though they admitted a FAULTY BATCH they would do NOTHING to assist the PROBLEM L'Oréal HAD CAUSED. I have to walk around with yellow hair then pay for it to be rectified...MY HAIR DAMAGE...MY MONEY...MY TIME...& THEY GET AWAY WITH EVERYTHING. DISGUSTING!!!!! And isn't it lucky that I kept the box & receipt otherwise they wouldn't have given me the refund either!!! DISGUSTING!!!
Loreal 24h foundation powder
I bought two Loreal 24h fresh wear foundation powder, both of the started breaking into pieces in less than two weeks. I believe that there was a bad batch send to high street stores. I emailed to Loreal, they advised me that it must have been damaged or faulty batch, but didn't offer any refund. I left a review to advise customer to Boots website about the product, but Boots just removed my review.
I wanted to advise customers not to buy Loreal 24h fresh wear foundation powder as it's totally waste of money.
Their staff are rude
Their staff are rude, patronising and dismissive.
I ordered products, got the delivery with the packing list, which stated they had picked every item.
When I opened the delivery I was missing 2 products.
I emailed them advising I was missing 2 products.
My email was automatically dismissed and they did not ask my order number or any questions, just a response saying
'A little reminder - if you've bought several items from different brands, they may not all be dispatched together and you may receive multiple deliveries.'
I wrote back saying no, the packing list says it was picked.
I was told to wait a few days to see if they come in another delivery if it were different brands.
I then had to reply again saying they were all the same brand.
I bought matrix shampoo 1, matrix pre-conditioner 2 and conditioner 3. So a three step treatment.
I was missing 1 and 3.
Finally she says ok well maybe something is wrong with your order, to send through photos of packing list and photos of products and we will be in touch.
2 days later they email saying sorry we are out of stock of those items so you will receive a refund.
I said do I get a refund on the one you sent me considering it’s useless without number 1&3?
I was told they don’t refund due to change of mind.
I would not have bought any of them if they had of advertised that they were out of stock.
It is not a change of mind, it’s you could not supply what I ordered and the one bottle you did supply is of no use.
A few email exchanges and I did not receive a refund for the useless pre conditioner that they sent me.
They should not advertise products for sale if they can’t fulfil the order.
They should also employ helpful staff that ask you for an order number or anything to try and help the consumer find answers on their missing products and not be so rude and dismissive to the consumers who spend their money on their products.
Will never again buy their products again.

I have just used 6U on my whole head of short hair. Colour came up darker than I expected but sadly it didn't cover the roots and they still look like they need done.
Not very impressed considering the cost of £8.99 from Boots it seems like a bit of a waste.
Still waiting to receive my order
Still waiting to receive my order! Why does your customer service team take so long to reply? Why do I not have my order? You have not sent me my goods.
I like loreal products.
Amber Heard is a abuser
As a abuse victim I have thrown all my L’Oréal products in the bin! This woman tried to tell people how to cover up bruises in a way that even a person who has never worn a stitch of makeup ever wouldn’t even do! She mocked us making out she could carry on with day to day life just by covering up her face. Real victims are physically unable to move let alone go to events. She never had it xrayed but it was broken. Do you fall over and hurt your leg then go around saying I’ve broken my leg without getting a X-ray! Sounds crazy but nobody called her out when it was her nose because she knew it was broken! Almost as ridiculous as L’Oréal keeping her on. I will never use your products again until she publicly fired. Look at how well Dior is doing compared to yourselves. Just shows that real victims can spot abusers a mile off. I’ve never been triggered by another woman since watching the movie gone girl!!
Will never buy products from your brand…
Will never buy products from your brand again what a discracful act having Amber Heard an abuser as an ambassador to women. What the hell where you thinking. You will be bankrupt soon as 98% of the world are saying the same. Whoever made this decision made a very wrong one and needs to be fired along with her
I was a strong Loreal advocate until…
I was a strong Loreal advocate until I'd read that they are standing by Amber Heard. I have been abused in my life. She is definitely lying and as such, should not be representing Loreal products.
I and my friends will no longer be buying any Loreal products.
AVOID L'Oreal Nudes Collection hair…
Bought L'Oreal Nudes Collection hair dye. Gloves are sooo tiny and my hands aren't big, had to buy large gloves from a store to colour my hair. Does not cover all grey, VERY VERY disappointed that I have sent 2 emails to complain about this to L'Oreal, not heard from them at all. Avoid this product!!! I now have to colour my hair AGAIN but not using L'Oreal.
What just happened with L’Oréal hair…
What just happened with L’Oréal hair dye? I always use the 9 light ash (bought a box on Friday) and for the first time my hair almost turned red!!!! When I applied my hair was literally red and after finishing the color is just the opposite of what I wanted or expected after 20 years using L’Oréal hair color. Not buying anymore after this, and showing everyone what just happened
Looks like this company supports…
Looks like this company supports domestic violence abusers. They should be boycotted and put out of business.
Buyer beware.
4 packs of L'oreal Excellence hair colour, bought online I used 1, which sent my light brown hair, almost... BLACK ! Permanant hair colour which, within 2 weeks has completely washed out. So, even if the co,our had been correct, it would hsve lasted, no time.
Contacted L'oreal, including explaining that I no longer had the online receipt. They replied by asking, very personal, intrusive questions and also wanted photos. I reluctantly answered the questions and took and sent the photos.
L'oreal responded by explaining that they would be ignoring the complaint as I did not have the reciept.
I asked why they had thought it necessary to ask the unecessary questions. L'oreal said it was because the product has a "Use by date" and they may have been able to offer advise. Yes, the thought of that makes me shudder.
BUYER BEWARE ! Only L'oreal.....not the customer.... knows the "use by date" by the code on the box. Im reporting that to Trading Standards.Use by dates have to be clear, not in code.
Even if my hair had dropped out, L'oreal would not deal with it, because I do not have the reciept. Pictures of the actual product, being in my procession are of no use, what so ever. I do not believe L'oreal deal with complaints, at all. They actually take for ever to respond and then ask the same questions up to 3 times. Clearly in the hope the customer gets fed up of dealing with them. I think they trained the people I had the misfortune to deal with, in incompetence. That's where they really excell.
Midnight Serum
Was sent a generous amount of Midnight Serum as free samples.
Very nice texture and feel on the face and neck .
Skin looked firm and bright.
Used your products for years!
Used your products for years!! No more with a liar like Heard for an ambassador!!! Done Done Done!!!

I'm unhappy that Loreal works with Amber Heard.
Abuse supporter's
Abuse supporter's. Shocking. Will not buy your products again
I can't believe Amber Heard is a…
I can't believe Amber Heard is a spokesperson for L'Oreal. Not only was she arrested for domestic abuse in her prior relationship she has also admitted to hitting Mr. Depp. As long as L'Oreal continues to employ an abuser as a spokesperson. I will no longer be a be purchasing their products.
