Salve, la ringraziamo per la sua recensione, ma l'invitiamo allo stesso tempo a rivederla e a riformularla badando bene alla sua valutazione e alla descrizione, perchè nessuno ha spedito un prodotto diverso da quello ordinato. Lei ha ordinato un prodotto che è fedele alla descrizione di quello ricevuto e nel caso in cui la casa madre ha sostituito il packagin non significa prodotto diverso. Inoltre quando si ha un problema è pregato di avvisarci sui canali ufficiali e chiedere spiegazioni, mentre lei ha solo recensito la sua esperienza dove non ha nulla da doversi lamentare. Esigiamo rispetto come noi rispettiamo e serviamo al meglio voi clienti. Il nostro lavoro lo svolgiamo al meglio che possiamo e lo facciamo rispettando tutti e pretendiamo altrettanto rispetto invece di infangare l'operato di chi lavora ogni giorno.
