Signed up and tried to withdraw winnings. Email said withdrawal should be the next day. Still haven’t received them. Have reached out twice on live chat to no response. Ai assistant told me my account was under review and withdrawal temporarily suspended until I uploaded documents. All documents have now been accepted but no withdrawal and still no communication

Yep just realising after reading the REAL reviews (they will be the 1 star reviews) that this site is a complete scam, joined tonight, deposited £30 got £30 bonus, now on most sites once you've paid back the £30 bonus which really isn't a bonus because you have to pay it back! Thats it, what you win is yours but not with LottoGo. They then start throwing other unethical bonuses to stop you from actually winning anything, Whether you want them or not! I deposited a further £50, the £30 bonus paid back, I won over £1200 on a spin and continued playing, then my balance suddenly drops to £198, I'm totally miffed by it so start asking questions only to be directed to read some nonsense about winning limits during a bonus which according to my account was completed before I won the £1200! I wasn't even aware I was still playing a mysterious bonus, realised the were a completely unethical site and went to withdraw my £198 but am only allowed £150 due to the phantom bonus I was supposedly in! As far as I'm concerned the only so called bonus I was aware of was the £30 at deposit so they just make up all the other rubbish as they go along and its all to stop you winning or withdrawing, and just because they say they are within gambling guidelines blah blah doesn't make what they are doing right! It is a con! So do not give them your money! And before whoever presses a button to send their patronising sub standard robotic response, don't bother, process my withdrawal ASAP and put the other £45 towards your lawyer fees because I think you might need one soon.
