Found this site by chance deposited played, won withdrew. All good. I stopped online so much for a while work commitments. Revised site after lengthy period over 1 year closer to 2 I think. Regardless couldn't login, contacted live chat advised needed to verify my account. No issues sent documents except the card I used previously was expired and inaddition I had moved from TSB to Barclays. The casino was insistent that I had provide proof of this card. For me to get this would cost me a fee and my time as I checked. I am hopeful they can offer a solution as this won't be the method I use and had I been able to login I could of simply updated my method and provide the relevant information. I have reached out and await. Prior to this I found the site one of the fairest sites I have ever encountered, this is why I was surprised. I remain optimistic.

The keno bonus you never own even after you do everything in the promotion you never own no bonuses all you can do is play them out even if you win off a bonus you can never ever withdraw the money faults advertising. I had a game this afternoon deposit $100 got the $100 bonus and I played over $200 and won $114 went to withdraw all I could withdraw was $14 and because it was under $20 I couldn't withdraw nothing and the $100 I won of the bonus I can't touch it so the bonuses you advertised is faults advertisement and it's happened a few times I have taken screen shots and I go might go and see someone in government to do something about it
