Cheap. Not so cheerful.
My wife and I have both left Louis Nielsen. After being customers for 5 years we find the range of glasses is getting worse and cheaper. We grew tired of all the add ons, and the whole model left us feeling this has become the Ryanair of glasses.
We went for lenses but also chose to drop this.
Upon leaving, returning lenses is not possible, which i find very environmentally unfriendly, with a very weak excuse that they would have to send the back - they always have stock so this was a not a good reason. Local staff were pretty mediocre.

I have gone through all the customer contact avenues and the above
Is what has happened. Unless you wish to change the policy on returns we have no wish for further contact.
