I order a toy that arrived with the seal undone and the toy was covered in a sticky substance.. like a sticker had been on the entire product and the residue remained.. I enquired on getting a replacement and was asked for photos and told that they guarantee that I didnot receive a used product due to their careful return policies. I just wanted my purchase to be useable…. And to be trusted that I received a faulty product. Still waiting.
