Never had an issue with this company. Always recieved my subscription box, the products are amazing and if iv ever needed to ask them anything they have always got back to me. Really good little company.

With two months to go on a 12 month subscription, my monthly payment has failed due to an expired debit card. Customer service contacted me to make me aware payment hadn't been taken. When I responded asking how I can update my card details, as there is no option to do this on the online account, I was told I will have to resubscribe - this means I would miss out on the current month's box and have to pay an inflated subscription cost for next month's, yet I wasn't planning on resubscribing so see no point doing that and don't see why I should have to in all fairness. Have asked them to terminate my account. This isn't the first time I've been disappointed by their customer service. When I moved house and updated my address online for my subscription box, it never arrived and when I contacted them was told that this was because I didn't contact them AS WELL as updating online. No apology or admission that it was a system error on their part, basically lacking awareness of basic customer service. Had a back and forth which I didn't think was entirely professional or mature and eventually was told they would send me a box to my new address. Won't be bothering to order from them again in future. The beauty box subscription service itself offers really good value and opportunity to try lots of products, but I'm done with this company and will not recommend to anyone again

My experience with that shop is good - all my orders come well-packaged and in time, although i usually choose the non-tracked delivery. The prices are also very good and i like the assortment in shop - there are many brands, which are hard to get and in lovelula you can find it (e.g. bloomtown, alteya and so on).

I love Love Lula, they have a good customer service, fantastic offers and great ethos. The only reason I don't shop with them more than I do is because they still not sell some of my favourite brands like Eminence, Agent Nateur, Josh Rosebrook, Goop, Pikaut, Kora Organics, Herbivore... They really need to take a step ahead with the brands they offer to keep up with the other major sellers!

The best organic , natural and cruelty free online store ever. Huge stock, good prices, a lot of promos and delivery always on time, usually next day and for free. I'm a returning customer and I definitely will be in a future as well

They are good in terms of free international shipping, and offerings of organic cosmetics, but their customer service is terrible. During the sale period, I made 2 purchases - in total £90+. I forgot to purchase one product so I made another purchase, worth £25. To qualify for sale discount, it has to be over £30. I asked customer service if I can get 15% off my third order, because I already spent £90. They replied and said they can’t give me 15% off from my third order because I already used the discount code for the 2 purchases made earlier. Huh? Is there limit in using the code? There is not a single line mentioning limit of discount code use. That doesn’t make sense. I purchased over 100£ In total and they don’t wanna give me 4£ discount. Talk about royal customer, you lost one.

Their work is sloppy, total unprofessional, the company could be run by monkeys. Beware

Hello dears! I love this site very much! Very good choice of organic and natural cosmetics! A good selection of gifts to buy, a lot of promotions and discounts! All parcels are very well and beautifully Packed, everything comes always whole, not spilled. Delivery time is different, in my case it is international delivery....If you have any questions-employees (in my case it is Rhian) always carefully and very quickly answer questions, letters and help to solve the problem carefully! I love this site and will continue to use this service! I recommend to all!

Great site and ethos, items arrived quickly and packaged nicely. It's good you can trust they are all natural, but 3 out of the 5 products I purchased were disappointing - these were brands I hadn't tried before. I wrote several product reviews, only one of which was published. There's hardly any reviews of products on the site which is annoying as facility exists - slightly unethical they don't publish reviews or only publish positive reviews which is not helpful for others. I'd like to see balanced honest reviews of items before buying, as a lot of the natural ranges you may not know. Also so many items in plastic tubes which are largely un-recyclable. Hope this changes in future.

I made an order for Lovelula. Two free gifts have been added to the cart. Having received such luck, I placed an order, although I would not place an order without gifts. The next day I received a letter that my order was sent with two gifts. In the evening I received a letter stating that the gifts were not handed to me, they were confiscated and the goods were sent to me without gifts without warning. Without an order, I did not need an order in that volume. Why was it stated in the letter that the goods were sent with gifts?
They responded to my indignation so that I refused the parcel. How do they present this? month without money and after refusing to send the parcel, where is the guarantee that the parcel will be delivered back? And being in the dark for about 2 months waiting for money. This is the fault of the Lovelula store. They must solve such problems in favor of the buyer. But no, they don't have it. I do not advise you to shop at this store.

Excellent experience shopping with Lovelula - I had a query regarding my order and it was sorted quickly and efficiently by customer service. Parcel arrived the next day, well packaged, and I’m loving my products. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them and will definitely be shopping with them again in the future.

I was a supplier to Lovelula, they pay their suppliers really slowly. I was sometimes waiting 3 months to get paid on stock that they had sold as they take stock on consignment. I asked to get paid and instead of the director Ian White being apologetic about the slow payments he sent all my stock back to me. We are just a small company so this is an example of a big company pushing around a small one. There are so many natural health websites out there to shop at, why choose one like this, this is suppose to be a ethical marketplace

I would like to add to this as I have a recording of the MD Ian White phoning me calling me the W word and the C word on the phone just to prove that they behave like gangsters!

I ordered organic products on this site. Did not have to wait for a long time, everything was delievered very quickly.

I have been using this company for the last few years since i decided to remove harmful chemicals and 'ordinary' body/ beauty products from my life.
I have a monthly subscription where i receive a box full of natural and free from products for just £13.95. It works out as a bargain as a lot of the products are full price and can cost anything from £8 - £20 for just ONE item!
They have TONS of choices for each and every item, such as (mostly) chemical free nail polish, natural make up items and body washes. Their prices are decent and their service is ALWAYS fabulous.
I have been able to source some products else where for a slightly cheaper price, but i like that this company has great service. I have NEVER had an issue with an order and the customer services have been amazing.
I recently moved house and although i had changed my address on the website i didnt realise i needed to email the company too. I have royal mail redirection service in place (which is a waste of time!!! but that's another story), and my monthly Lula box never showed up. I contacted Love Lula who explained that i should have contacted them with my change of address as the subscription service uses a separate system which needed to have my address updated on. They kindly sent me out another subscription box (to my new address - directly) which DID arrive, and were friendly/ polite about it all.

I cannot fault this company at all, they have really great customer services, i will continue to use them again and again.

I am always pleased with the monthly beauty box. Get so excited when it's due as I know it will have so many new products for me to try. Many of the products are full size all great value for the price of the box.
Have ordered loads of stuff from Love lula all have arrived in good time and good condition.

I had ordered a few products from Lovelula but, when they arrived, 1 of them had leaked. Not a good start. Why a 4 star review, one might ask? Well, the customer service following my complaint was second to none! They replied within a day or two and sent me a replacement order which arrived promptly and in good condition. They also gave me a few free samples! Their products are excellent, especially the brand Balm Balm, which I would recommend to anyone who likes natural products that are simple, of good quality and effective. Lovelula is my go-to for beauty products from now on!

I receive their monthly subscription box and it really is fabulous. The size and quality of products puts other subscription boxes to shame. I thoroughly recommend this box.

Fabulous company. I've had a couple of problems with orders and they have sorted out the problem quickly and efficiently! Great range of products and will continue to use them in the future!
