The only reason I have given a 4 star…
The only reason I have given a 4 star rating is that I ordered them on a Saturday for a Sunday delivery as both my daughters have that day at home. Flowers were delivered on the Monday and in the time frame that was given on the Monday morning. Flowers were beautiful and both daughters loved them

Excellent quality of the flowers as always. Just one small negative which I. don't think is directly your responsibility. For one of the orders I was updated with progress of the delivery and the actual delivery,the other I heard nothing. It was delivered safely!
