Ordered on the Thursday for a Tuesday delivery. Didn’t turn up till 4pm on the Thursday. 2 days late isn’t what you would call good service.
Nicely presented but have only lasted 4 days and not worth it
Disappointed

Booked a delivery for a specific date and they arrived 2 days late and some wilted flowers made them look worse

Beautiful fresh colourful roses, arrived on time, well priced they were sent to my daughter in law for her birthday, they arrived on time putting a big smile on her face, she was taken completely by suprise so it's a 👍 thank you

I placed a order on Friday for the flowers tobe delivered on the following Wednesday and they were delivered in the Thursday. When they were opened most of the flowers had dropped and never regained freshness and the rest were dead within 3 days. I have emailed and phoned numerous times and have got no response.

Monday of this week I wrote a review of Lovelyfloraworld
Which at the time is how I felt, I gave 1star.
Having communicating by email I can now say it wasn’t the companies fault, the flowers took 7 days to be delivered. IT WAS THE FAULT OF THE ROYAL MAIL

I was very pleased with the service I received ordering was very easy and straight forward I was kept informed with my order and notified on its delivery the person it was bought for was over the moon with them

The flowers arrived in excellent condition less, than 24 hours after I ordered them. My friend was delighted with her rose bouquet. Will definitely shop with Lovely Flora again - thank you!

Flowers were ordered for a specific occasion and were to be delivered on a specific day. I was given a delivery arrival time from Lovelyfloraworld and Royal Mail. The flowers didn’t arrive until a day later. I emailed in the morning to ask where the flowers were and was advised that ‘the delivery date and time given is just a guide and it might take longer than the agreed time. Really!! You pay an additional cost for delivery and are given an estimated 4-6 hour delivery slot, however when flowers aren’t delivered in that time period the goalposts change to….its just a guide! I replied that had I known the first emails were basically just made up times customer services then stated that I ‘just refuse the flowers when they arrive at the door and you’ll get a refund’. Firstly I didn’t deliver flowers to myself so I couldn’t refuse them at the door and secondly why should the recipient be put in the position of having to refuse a surprise gift. Dreadful service from Lovelyfloraworld and Royal Mail

Do not order from this company unless you want to waste your money. I ordered a bunch of flowers for a friend which were delivered a day later than that selected 6 days before delivery, better late than never I thought. But what she received vs what I ordered isn’t what I expected. Despite emailing with my disappointment, they will not budge stating their head florist has deemed them the same despite there being no purple flowers, no lilac flowers, no palm style foliage and no orange roses. When I politely asked for a refund because they are not what I ordered, they refused. They then offered me a replacement bouquet free of charge which I said I didn’t want, why would I after them not getting the first attempt right? I again asked for a refund and oddly enough the communication has ceased. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY - the order won’t be delivered on time and it will be whatever flowers loosely match those advertised that eventually get delivered. Should have stuck to M&S!!

Ordered 12 mixed roses for my mum‘s 82nd birthday she only got seven healthy ones as the rest were not in the wet Oasis provided and they were all droopy and the foliage was droopy too very disappointing contacted customer services who wouldn’t help without photos which I couldn’t provide as Mum lives 200 miles away and is 82 so not text savvy

Won’t be using this company again and wouldn’t recommend

This Company fail to inform Royal Mail of the fact, that "fresh flowers" are going to be delivered to a paying customer. Plus, I have to agree with other dis satisfied customers in how appalling their attitude is, when trying to rectify an issue.

Absolutely 100% DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. Especially if you want your items on time. Ordered flowers for a birthday and no arrival of flowers on selected date or the following day. I initiated emails to resolve this, to be told to get a refund I must refuse the delivery.. Absolutely disgusting company AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

These company is a joke, sending flowers with missing flowers and claiming its quality checked before its sent out! Have the decency to accept fault as ppl do make mistakes rather than covering up ur back and stop sending generic email response and take time to read the actual email sent. First and last order with this company

Really easy to find a bouquet to suit my needs and at a Really reasonable price. Delivery was quick with helpful tracking provided.

AVOID. Flowers never turned up, Opening hours to complain limited. Offered to send next week during holidays as expressly asked for next day delivery. Awful customer service. AVOID. Little communication other than being bombarded by deals to purchase more flowers. Quick to take the monies but not honour the transaction

My fist order of flowers were lovey my order this time had a delivery problem not their fault after my email to them about this they fixed the problem excellent customer service and beautiful flowers I would recommend this company

This is the only florist I use. Service as always was fabulous. Lynn loves the flowers and the whole process is so easy and quick. At a time when customer service standards are slipping nationwide LovelyFloral World are amazinglingy brilliant

I ordered some flowers for my mum for mother's day becouse I had used them before and the flowers where very nice, but this time when my mum received the flowers most of them where dead and there was rose petals in the bottom of the box. I sent a email to them with photos attached but heard nothing back not even a sorry I was extremely disappointed I would leave zero stars if I could
