Ordered flowers to be delivered today 20th May and they never arrived they claim the delivery date chosen is only a guide and not a guarantee which is never mentioned when ordering or I would never have purchased from them (should have purchased from Moonpig as a friend purchased and they arrived on time.)
I will never buy from this unreliable company again

Extremely disappointed with this…
Extremely disappointed with this company. I ordered flowers for delivery on a specific date, and they failed to deliver them as expected. When I contacted customer service, instead of taking responsibility or offering a proper solution, I was told that the delivery date was only a “guideline” and not a specific date.
I then checked the website myself and could not find anywhere that clearly states this. If customers are selecting and paying for a delivery date, there is a reasonable expectation that the order will actually arrive on that date.
Late flowers completely defeat the purpose of many orders, especially when they’re for special occasions. Poor communication and an unsatisfactory response from customer service have made this a very frustrating experience. I would not recommend based on my experience.

Dont offer delivery dates if your not going to forfill the date chosen
