After reading through this website, I have been able to find some hidden gems in terms of food and drink in Harrogate, currently working my way down the list of both!
Will absolutely be using this website again, very informative and user friendly.

I recently used Love Travel Planning for our trip to Venice, Italy, and I wanted to share how valuable their service was in making the whole experience smooth and genuinely enjoyable.

From the outset, the level of detail and organisation stood out. The itinerary struck a great balance between must-see highlights and enough flexibility to explore at our own pace. Venice can be overwhelming to plan for, but everything—from transport tips to activity suggestions—was clearly laid out and easy to follow.

What I particularly appreciated was how practical the guidance was. It wasn’t just a list of attractions; it included thoughtful recommendations, and helpful insights that made navigating the city far less stressful. Lucy was so helpful when we were planning our trip to Tromso and gave us great tips ref accommodation, restaurants, trips and what clothes to pack to keep warm - very necessary. Lucy helped us to plan once in a lifetime experiences like seeing the northern lights, husky sledding and a safari of the Arctic countryside. We thoroughly enjoyed our 4 days in Tromso and I will definitely be consulting Lucy for our next trip.

If it weren’t for the Lucy’s recommendations, then we would never have spent a glorious day visiting Greenwich while traveling in the UK. She gave us the most wonderful suggestions on how to spend our day and it was, to say the least, a fantastic and unexpected side excursion while we were visiting London. LoveTravelPlanning organised a fantastic 3 week trip to my dream holiday location of Costa Rica.

What made this holiday truly memorable was LoveTravelPlanning’s dedication to planning. Every moment of the holiday had a purpose and the holiday flowed so smoothly- it was the perfect balance between adventure and relaxation. We were immersed in Costa Rican culture whilst each destination was safe and unique. Whether we were zip-lining through cloud forests, seeing wild sloths or even learning about Costa Rican coffee, we knew we could relax and enjoy our time, knowing LoveTravelPlanning had the itinerary researched and organised. The route was mapped out perfectly, with hidden gems along the way.

LoveTravelPlanning managed to fit so much into our schedule without making the trip feel rushed or overwhelming. Packed full of really useful advice and inspiration for fantastic holidays . I enjoy reading the blogs and the monthly newsletter .
I love the road trips and can’t wait to go to Australia to follow the itinerary for the road trip from Perth to Esperance .
Another must on my list is Canada to visit the Grasslands in Saskatchewan

I recently went on the most unforgettable backpacking trip to Australia. For 2 of those weeks my girlfriends family came to visit us and took us on a road trip visiting Perth, the pinnacles Margaret River, Esperance, wave rocks and many more places. It was all made possible by Love Travel Planning, run by my girlfriend’s amazing mum (Lucy) !

She planned absolutely everything through her website, and I genuinely couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Every detail was thought through with care from the scenic drive down to Margaret River’s, bremer bay to see wild orcas, to the dreamy beaches of Esperance.

The website itself is beautifully designed and incredibly easy to use, full of insightful tips for anyone planning a trip to Aussie. It made the whole journey feel so special. We got to visit hidden spots we never would have found on our own without Lucy.

Not only did we have an amazing adventure, but we also made some beautiful memories that brought us even closer together. It was the kind of trip that stays with you forever.

I can’t recommend Love Travel Planning highly enough. If you’re lucky enough to have it organized by someone as thoughtful and experienced as Lucy you’re in the very best hands.

I absolutely love this website. We recently followed the tips and suggestions for Oman. The articles were really useful both before we went (visas, what to pack etc.) and whilst we were there. We visited all of the places recommended in Muscat and then having read the suggestions about day trips from Muscat, we ventured into the desert to swim in wadis and ride camels which our children loved. The articles are full of great tips and beautifully written. Will definitely be using again.
Ps I also recently used the article on BA air miles which I found really useful. It made much more sense than what I was reading online and I used it to book flights to New York.

Lucy was fantastic in helping us plan our 25th wedding anniversary. We didn’t fancy the usual ‘romantic’ destinations and wanted something fun and different. How about Vegas, baby! Lucy did an incredible amount of research - we took a helicopter flight that landed in The Grand Canyon where we supped champagne; went shopping in the amazing Caesars Palace mall; and had our vows renewed in the Graceland Wedding Chapel by….Elvis no less!
Seriously, if you love travel but (like us) are too lazy to do the time-consuming research, talk to Lucy.

Lucy is clearly passionate, well-travelled and very well informed.
I followed the Rome Itineraries and managed to fit most of the 5 suggested itineraries into 4 days in Rome.
The itineraries group the sites into manageable chunks which meant we saw everything we had hoped to, and more!
The tips on optimum times to visit key sites, and ways to skip queues saved us a lot of time.
We particularly enjoyed some of the lesser known sites included in the itineraries - these felt like secret spots away from the touring masses.
There is plenty of inspiration for future travels on the website and I look forward to following Lucy's advice on our next adventure.

What a fantastic website. I contacted Lucy as we were going to Rome for a long weekend, and although was aware of the main sights I wasn’t sure how best to hit them all in the time we had. Lucy gave me a detailed itinerary including the best timings and order, with advice and suggestions for food/refreshments en-route. Within the itinerary were some suggestions for lesser known places including sunset cocktails at a hotel near the pantheon which we had never heard of but which was amazing. All of her suggestions have a personal touch that you don’t tend to get when researching yourself.
