I ordered my books (six of them) the package got to Royal Mail and they said that they could not deliver due to ‘it was not possible to identify any delivery address’ when I put in my delivery address. No refund either. £22 spent and 0 product

Books were well priced, deliver was free and within the time frame. Only issue is one of the books (Song of Achilles) has a different cover than shown on the website. Otherwise very good and would buy again

Waited 2 weeks for my order to come even thought on the website it says standard delivery takes 3-5 working days
Every time I rang them they would keep hanging up on me and when I did finally manage to get in contact with them they was very rude. customer service is very poor and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone I know.
When I cancelled my order someone called Muhammad in customer service seemed very petty and annoyed towards me.
I was quite shocked with the situation as before I read the reviews and they was all really positive so I was really disappointed by the company and will not order from there again
