Fast delivery from China, adaptertype needed was for aliexpress laptop, so was difficult to find. Unfortunately the first adapter that was sent had a slightly bigger plug than the original one, but lps sent a matching one right away, free of charge. So good service after all.

This company stole my money. They asked me to return a product and said they would reimburse the shipping cost. It's been 2 months, and they won't give me the money back. This Company is in China, so shipping products back is expensive. Shipping costs more than the product itself.

Additional info: I sent several messages to the company, and they completely ignored them. Tirreble customer service.

If you need to replace your laptop charger, it can be confusing to work out which replacement to buy. When I lost my charger, I tried using eBay, carefully checking the laptop model number etc etc but when the charger arrived, it didn't fit. Wasted money! I then contacted LPS Gopower and they said "buy this one", which I did, and it worked perfectly. And at a good price.

Item arrived as described and within the time frame. When contacting the business I found them very helpful and quick to respond. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

He has a UK website but if you have to return anything for a refund he says that it has to go back to China and you have to pay the postage making a refund pointless

Needed a quick turnaround on monitor replacement cable which was delivered upon

Had small issue with delivery which they followed up with me and made sure I had what I needed

Item received was as expected. Purchased replacement compatible power pack for a monitor. Came from China which wasn't unexpected. The original, as most electronics are, would have originally been from China.

This company should be banned from selling in the UK.

Asked me to send an item back to a random UK address and it couldn't be delivered and they never refunded me.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. SCAM CHINESE COMPANY.

I would rate this company minus zero if that were possible. My biggest mistake was not reading the reviews before purchasing.
I was told to return a charger to a London address in order to receive a refund. I sent it back at my own expense, and it has now been five days since posting, yet no refund has been issued and no meaningful communication received.
This is a rogue company with very poor customer service. Please save yourself the stress and avoid, avoid, avoid.

The company is based in China. They dont mention that on their website.

When you want to return it they expect you to send it on to another customer who has purchased the same thing. So when you are buying something from them it may well be second hand.

Steer clear.

I needed a battery charger. Using their website entered the product I needed it for, their website bought up what I believed would be the correct charger. On receipt, the charger was not the correct one. Whilst it states returns are accepted it seems I have to return this item to China, at my cost, which will cost as much as the charger itself, with no guarantee of ever hearing from anyone again. £35 down the pan. Gutted as I always check out companies before buying but I was stressed as my father needed this for a piece of medical equipment.

So I brought power lead for my Google maxi hub as nobody dose them, I paid via Google pay then checked reviews and though I just threw 30 pounds away but pretty soon got to email, 1st saying order confirmation then the other saying it's been posted, still thought I wasn't getting then 4 days later it's arrived in brand new condition and works spot on

Was not informed until checkout that actually adapter.co.nz is a China based company. Searched on seller profile once Paypal completed the transaction and I was provided with sellers ACTUAL details which don't match adapter.co.nz and found entirely poor reviews so Paypal is essentially hosting frauds. When reading through their policies on their website, closely, it's all copied and pasted from an Australian company, right down to leaving that companies details on the page.

AVOID THESE COWBOYS!.Recently bought a usc c type adaptor cable. Not as described and will not refund money despite me pointing out on numerous emails that it's not fit for purpose

I bought a laptop charger from them back in December 2023. They sent the wrong model and it didn't work with my laptop. I asked if I could get a refund and they agreed if I sent it back. I found out that it was actually from China and would cost me about £30 to send it back. They agreed to refund me the postage as well so I went along and sent it back, carefully following all the instructions that they gave me. It got to China and they didn't collect it and eventually got sent back to me last month (June 24). I enquired about this and they have ghosted me ever since. They went from answering my queries at the beginning about sending it back to absolutely nothing. They won't answer any of my queries about why they didn't take the charger back or giving me my refund and now I'm £90 out of pocket with a charger that doesn't work. I will never be buying anything from here again and I strongly recommend that no one else does either.

Bought a power supply for my Getac tough tablet.
Arrived within a week but the dc connector is not as advertised. Have asked for a refund via email, their response, it's the genuine part and no other customers have complained. I have sent images of the advertised item and that received. Awaiting a response.
No suitable response with 48 hours.
