Excellent customer service
I have been out hunting for a 5-7 year old station wagon car, because we are expecting a second child and our beloved 27 year old Audi A3 was a 3door car, so we really needed an upgrade.
I was out trying a lot of different cars within the golf class. There came an orange Seat Leon ST from 2019 that looked good on the photos, so I wanted to try it out how it feels and drives.
When I came I was greeted by Stani and since that moment he has shown an excellent customer service: I was taken serious, Stani responded quickly to all of my numerous emails with questions. I tried the car twice. And even then, I wasn't really sure what to choose (Focus or Seat). I contemplated a long time about what car to choose. Compared to other salesmen, I wasn't pushed to give an answer fast and there was no bs "mandatory" lakforsegling for extra 4000 kr as a part of delivery as experienced in other places.
Since Stani's offer was really good, the car was excellent and really nice to drive, I ended up buying it. At the end it was the offer, the treatment of a client and not the car that made it a difference.
