On the 28th April 2020 I ordered online a scooter from this company, saying $9.99 Clearance sale it was to good to be true so I went ahead and ordered one after one month I emailed them and said where is my scooter they replied back, be patient it is still in customs because of covid19, they aren't letting many international flights leave they said, by then I had emailed them 4 times each time I replied back they said the same thing please wait about 2 weeks, then on the 7th July 2020 a parcel arrived by Australia Post and in the package was a Toy remote control car not a scooter, so after that on the 23rd July i went down to the Post Office to get them to check the tracking number, and it was that parcel that came 2 weeks prior a Toy remote control car, so i emailed them back and said if I don't get my scooter I will contact the Chinese Police, the oringally price for the scooter was $399.00 knocked down to $9.99 U.S, so be a where of this company and people too, so all in total I lost $45.99 AUD dollars.

I ordered a folding picnic table and received a cheap jump rope instead. Took three months for the shipment to arrive and I was sadly disappointed. Attempted to contact them to see if it was a simple error and they would rectify it But they would not. They offered me a $5.00 credit. Definitely do not order anything from them.

Same thing, ordered a wheelbarrow but received a small set of screwdrivers drivers. What I find very annoying is that PayPal allow this seller (scammer) to use PayPal as a payment option. It certainly gave me a false sense of security when buying from them! Now the battle to get a refund from PayPal. There should be some responsibility from PayPal as they are aware of all the complaints and claims, yet this seller is still on Facebook proudly displaying the PayPal logo.

I bought a garden cart from them...received nothing! It has been a couple of months. Suddenly my bank card is being hit with fraudulent charges

Scammers! Very bad company. Don’t dare buy anything from them!

This company trades under various names and is NOT TO BE TRUSTED. No matter what you order you will be sent some rubbish worth only a few pence and bearing no similarity to what you ordered. This is done to get a tracking order which they use to claim that you have received the product. Identical Automated replies are sent when you complain urging you to keep the item or give it to a friend, due to the costs of sending it back, however these items are unsolicited goods and the sender is responsible to pay for its return.

So I came across this website through Facebook clicked on it and found a ride on unicorn for a total of 20.00. I had hoped it wasn't a to good to be true situation, considering this was going to be for my granddaughter for her 1st birthday. But unfortunately it is definitely a to good to be true situation. What I received was a little hot pink blow up unicorn. My estimated cost of this toy $0.50 and honestly I wouldn't even buy it to begin with. So now I get to join everyone else in trying to get a refund.......

I have ordered a very nice trolley for 19.99 $ and I received 2 shoes pouches from Lingc.youp.
It is a scam obviuosly. They bet that you'll never complain and they do their business like this!

I ordered on 28th of April but after reading these reviews I had my suspicion it was too good to be true and having had the same experience as everyone commenting I have came to the conclusion I have been scammed I will be speaking to PayPal asap!!!!

1 - Advertise amazing items.
2 - Never ship.
3- Once you complain they "ship" w/tracking.
4 - Item delivered is a 10 cent item.
5 - They claim you ordered said item.

Send lightweight cheap carp (Similar to Poundland purchases) so they have proof of delivery. Offer partial refunds and threaten it will cost more than $20 to return, (Nowhere near, check Royal Mail website.) However this would be on item alone. Use Paypal buyer prtection and raise a dispute.

I asked for scooter and they sent me Car with remote control as a toy, how is that? Don't trust with ludozo company, it's thief company.

Same as everyone else on here, sent an ad via Facebook clicked on it, thought it looked to good to be true but for $19 was worth a punt and of course it is a scam, now battling through paypal to get money refunded

Don’t buy anything from this seller, scammer.....never received what’s you paid ! PayPal should stop them do any business from their platform

So ordered a wheel barrow from Ludozo also known as lagoon / myshopify / Karida just to name a few. Took 6 weeks and I received a screwdriver set a small plastic cheap thing totally useless

Also the same here - I ordered some stuff, got a tracking number and didn't received anything after three months.
Paypal is checking if I can get a refund.

I purchased an electric foldable scooter on April 8th. I received my parcel on June 13th. It was a little packet of 10 medical masks!!!!!! So as it's happened to other customers, it's happened to me. They are mere scammers. Fortunately i talked to PAYPAL some 20 days ago and they asked me to wait a bit longer. I did and now I can openly declare LUDOZO is a fake company run by cybercriminals! That's it! In fact their website has been locked down and they have rapidly created other sites with different names such as BEAUTIFUL. What I can't understand is why PAYPAL, VISA and MASTERCARD let them use their payment methods. They're the legal final responsible companies facing customers. As these scammers won't ever answer again. SHAME!!!!

Please be careful this is a chinese Professional scammer. He created multiple online store at cheap price. After you file the dispute with PayPal he delete the website or change the name. He used multiple email and website name. I spend $20 for a ridding horse for my 4 years old. He send me a cheap plastic unicorn 🦄 that’s maybe cost $2 dollar here some information I got from him. PLEASE EVERYONE REPORT all name or email you know about Lingc.Youp, Ludozo located at ludozo.com is a fake online store

Scammed!! I ordered 2 electric folding bikes on April 26, 2020, should have known better with a great price at $9.99. Still have not received it. The usps tracking site has said that they are still waiting for them to receive the product. I had emailed them many times and they kept telling me to wait 20 days and that shipping is slow due to the pandemic. I kept going to the website to keep tracking my order and one day the site was gone!! I had emailed them to let them know I was on to their scam and asked why all of a sudden why the website was down....the next day it was back up again. Now It is a completely different store when you type in ludozo.com. At this point I am going to try and get a refund. I wish I had read this site before falling into the trap!
