TOTAL SCAM - DO NOT GIVE THEM MONEY!

If I could select ZERO stars, I would. This company is a TOTAL SCAM.

I should have known better: if it seems to good to be true, it probably is!

My GF and I each ordered "smart" luggage from Ludozo - the deal was crazy good, like $10 for an item that's generally $300. I figured it would be crap, but thought I could use parts and pieces for other projects. I looked at the company's site and saw many other products with believable prices, so I figured that maybe this was just a one-off deal from a company that went under or something, and I'd gotten lucky,

But after several weeks, we finally received....... SHOE POUCHES, worth perhaps five cents each.

I did a little research and found that these guys have dozens of e-stores and they're all BS. There are perhaps three email addresses used for all of their sites. I wish I knew how to track these scumbags down. The two packages we received appear to have been shipped to the US and then re-shipped via USPS. There were two different return addresses on the envelopes.

In any case, STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

I GOT SCAMMED

I GOT SCAMMED! I ordered a scooter that was advertised on Facebook for my granddaughter's 18th birthday and found out I got scammed!

Ludozo is a Scam and Fake Online Store

Ludozo located at ludozo.com is a fake online store. Online users are advised to stay away from the fake website because those who shop from it run the risk of receiving counterfeit goods or nothing at all. Unsatisfied online users who have shopped on the untrustworthy website are asked to contact their bank or financial institution to have their transactions canceled and money refunded.

Online Threat Alerts or OTA, is an anti-cybercrime community that started in 2012. OTA alerts the public to web or internet threats. By alerting the public, we have prevented a lot of online users from getting scammed or becoming victims of cybercrimes.

Paid and then nothing.

Remarkable offer so thought it was worth a punt. Order then disappeared from their website. No tracking number provided, no response to emails, so I'm now charging it back through PayPal.

Update: They sent me a pair of paper shoe covers instead of an electric bike, and then tried to claim the item was delivered. This had the effect of delaying the PayPal case since it went from 'not received' to 'not as described', but PayPal gave me my money back eventually.
