I wanted to flag a quality issue with a recent wallpaper order. I purchased multiple rolls listed under the same SKU, but once installed, it was clear the color wasn't consistent across rolls. One had a creamier tone, another leaned more true white, and the third had a noticeable yellow hue (see attached photo).

This kind of variation is pretty noticeable once it's on the wall, and it's a tough thing for a customer to catch before installation. I'd love for the team to tighten up QA on this front, especially if these dye-lot or batch discrepancies are already a known issue. At minimum, rolls with visible color variation like this shouldn't be sold under the same SKU without some kind of flag or disclaimer for customers.

I have not received my item yet- nor any communication regarding delivery day or time.

I worked with Farah Atta to complete my purchase. She made shopping online really easy.

The shelves themselves are beautiful. The wavy edge and the color of the wood is perfect. However, the large shelves are heavier than listed. They weigh 10.6 lbs and not the listed 9.5 lbs.

The shipping/delivery process was a nightmare. The tracking numbers rarely worked. The first shelf showed up without mounting hardware. I reached out to customer service and they were unable to ship another set of hardware so they ended up just sending another of the same shelf which was fine. The 2nd shelf in the order got lost in transit and after nearly 2 weeks of realizing it wasn’t coming, customer service sent another one. Another week later, the lost one showed up but with a broken screw in the metal piece that’s attached to the shelf. The replacement shelf they sent took over 10 business days to even ship but it did finally show up. Customer service was helpful and responsive and did at least give me a refund for the $35 we paid in shipping.

Now onto the mounting process…. It would seem like a simple mount as it’s custom for the shelf but it has a design flaw. Because of how the mounting pieces are designed, the shelves don’t quite mount totally flush to the wall so they slant forward and we can’t place anything on the shelves unless we command strip them to the shelf. Very disappointed in these shelves for how much they cost.

I ordered an item that was back ordered and the delivery got postponed 2 more times before it actually arrived. I placed the order in May and it did not arrive until August for 2 pillows. For such a small order, I don't believe that it was worth the wait, but the quality once received was good.

My order was delivered damaged. I couldn’t find any way to connect with a human to speak with. The only option I saw was to write an email. This was 3 days ago and I’ve yet to hear back. Meanwhile I haven’t gone and offered a replacement so now it will be quite a bit longer of a wait to get the product I need . While the shipping damage may not be entirely lulu and georgias fault, they certainly could have packaged the product better. The box came very visibly damaged .

Didn’t receive any of the samples I ordered. I recieved identical samples of a wallpaper I didn’t order. I did not hear back from customer service. I guess I won’t be using them.

very fast shipping. arrived well-packaged and in perfect condition. the wallpaper is absolutely gorgeous!

I deal with too many high end companies that have superior customer service and no hassle returns to ever bother with this company again.

I purchased three match cloches just under 200.00 dollars and none of the matches will light. Lulu and Georgia is asking for photos of matches not lighting. I am much too busy and I am not performing a job they should have already performed. Making sure the items work before selling them is their job not mine. So now they are dragging their heels with a response with multiple emails (5 no less) and they can’t even tell me if I will be able to return my defective items. I’m glad I didn’t order something expensive that would rob me of my precious time problem solving with them. Run! Do not do business with this company. They have no internal quality assurance. I will stay with my usuals from now on Serena & Lily, Neiman Marcus, McGee and Co and even Amazon!!!

The chaise is gorgeous and just as advertised. Also, great delivery experience! The guys were on time and cleared the debris after putting things in place.
