My apologies for any confusion on that point.However, the core issue with my refund remains unresolved, and I feel I am getting the run-around. While I did receive a refund recently, it was issued for the wrong order—specifically, a different order I placed during the same time period. I still have not been refunded for the items I actually sent back via FedEx.The last email I received from your team contained a return code to send the items back, but as stated, I have already returned them.Please review this case carefully. I want to resolve this confusion and receive the correct refund for the products I returned.

Gorgeous, but too heavy
The cutting board is gorgeous, no complaints with quality. It’s just awfully heavy. So heavy that I can’t figure out when I’ll actually use it. Certainly won’t be often as it’s unwieldy for washing and will only get heavier if used as a serving board.

Do not purchase custom outdoor pillows
I would highly discourage you to buy any of the made to order outdoor pillows. They’re cheaply made, rough fabric, light weight. NOTHING like some of the other pillows on their website. I spent a lot of money on pillows I do not want but cannot return.

Kitchen pendant light
The kitchen light arrived on time. I love the look and it fits beautifully for the space however, the bulbs were dim for our kitchen so we had to purchase a brighter bulb. The bar that holds the shades does not stay level it tips a bit so the light looks a little off balance.

I love, love love the quality and style of both trays and have been eyeing them for a while. The only thing I would comment on is the packing for shipping. The handles on the rectangle tray weren't supported so they curl inward. It's ok, but perhaps use stuffing to support properly so no damage. Thank you
