Beautiful weave, design and quality
I love, love love the quality and style of both trays and have been eyeing them for a while. The only thing I would comment on is the packing for shipping. The handles on the rectangle tray weren't supported so they curl inward. It's ok, but perhaps use stuffing to support properly so no damage. Thank you

Unfortunately the delivery service you use on small- mid size rugs, which is FedEx sits on the product for days before delivering. Promise after promise and consistent date changes. Their service is a huge fail as this is not a 1 off. I found this service terrible for years now. So no I don’t have my product yet and idk when I will get it. It’s 19 miles from my house just sitting.

Getting contacted by an actual person offering to assist me with wallpaper selection and purchasing was an unexpected pleasure. While I didn't love the samples, shipped free and timely, I'm sure taking the next steps would have been met with superior customer care for an online store.

The item showed a 1-3 business day shipping time. It will end up arriving nearly 3 weeks after I placed the order.

It has been quite unbelievable trying to get the furniture and rugs delivered for my project through metropolitan. I have spent over two hours trying to coordinate the delivery because I keep getting different information about when the items will be received by the warehouse. Then I’ve scheduled a delivery and no one comes to deliver. So then I call to find out and they tell me they are still waiting. And this has happened over and over again. It’s unbelievable. I am very very reluctant to purchase from Lu Lu and Georgia again for my business which is unfortunate because there are a lot of beautiful things.

The delivery was smooth however I was disappointed that the rug pad is being delivered separately so now we will have to move the furniture again and redo the whole install once the pad arrives. Additionally, I have dogs and have had many rugs over the years and this one has already taken a real beating in less then 24 hours. My dogs have never done this to another rug before, even other flat weaves, so I would tell anyone with dogs not to purchase this rug. I don't think it is going to last 6 months in my home. I have rugs in my home that I've had for 15+ years that are in much better condition than this one is one day later.

Long shipping time despite claiming item would be shipped in 1-3 business days
The online advertising for this rug stated that it ships in 1-3 business days. I ordered the rug 2 weeks ago (to arrive before hosting a family event) and the white glove delivery courier still does not have the rug. For such an expensive item, the shipping logistics are quite disappointing.
