Dishonest, manipulating, and lacking integrity
I made a purchase online and was sent used/previously returned items. This was a final sale order so I couldn't return the items despite being grossed out that I didn't receive sealed items. I left a poor review on the Lululemon site and they replied saying I would be reached out to. I was emailed by their customer care who listed me a few options I could choose from and to respond back. I responded back with my selection and was completely ghosted/ignored from that point on. I have not heard back from them at all. It was all a manipulation tactic, to appear like they care and have integrity within the review forum, but in reality and behind the scenes, they do not. When I went to update my review on the Lululemon site, I found they obviously didn't publish it, to further hide their true colours. Lululemon is a despicable company.
Good customer service, ok quality
I've been shopping at Lulu since forever and I still love them but their quality has definitely gone down. I'm giving them 4 stars though because they still honour their policy of trading in items of poor quality (like pilling) as long as it's within 1 year of purchase. I appreciate the customer service.
Returning something is almost impossible
Received Lululemon clothes as a gift but everything was huge. When I went to return them, the website said the return window had passed, but it actually didn't. So I had to contact their customer service. They processed the returns and said they sent a QR code to my email which they said I could take to FedEx. It took 2 days for them to get me the labels and I still had to go back to them to get the 3rd they forgot. I said the labels they gave me were for USPS but they insisted they could go to FedEx. 3 items each needed their own shipping box for each of the 3 return labels so it was hell trying to match up the order numbers with the items because the person bought me 3 identical looking things that were actually all different styles somehow. When I got to fedex they told me I was given a USPS label. I would never recommend this company. EVER. Their return system is so chaotic and confusing and you're getting misinformation from representatives who are not even in this country and are not familiar with US shipping companies.
Worst exchange policies in the industry
Lululemon used to be the pinnacle in fitness clothing due to their amazing service, but they have fallen off a cliff. Their policies are now appalling. I got given clothes for my birthday that didn't quite fit. When I wanted to exchange them they said no because they were marked down. What a horrible policy that doesn't provide any option to exchange clothes within a reasonable timeframe. I'll never shop at Lululemon again.
Rude online shop assistants
I am a very loyal Lululemon customer, but am very disappointed after speaking to an online shop advisor - Hannah today.
I was chasing a refund which appears to have been missed by them and was spoken to so rudely. The irony is that they issue a lengthy message which is given when you call to ask for a polite interaction, which clearly does not apply to their employees. Very disappointing when they are a company based on health and wellness. Not surprising they are losing customers to Alo and Vuori.
Lululemon is not the hype
I've been buying Lululemon for a couple of years. Even around that time the quality was not like earlier years. They basically became a quick fashion type deal. Its understandable when you have to switch to a more affordable fabric but for them to raise prices on clothing that doesn't justify the price is mad. I purchased a pair of lululemon Align™ High-Rise Mini-Flare Pant *Extra Short December 2024. They were on sale from 118 to 80 dollars. I wore them like 5 times and the thread started unraveling in 2 places the waist and leg hem. Then after like 2nd wear they started piling between the legs. I reached out a month pass a year and they told me it was wear and tear. What a joke of a company! I let them know the leggings that originally costed 118 dollars should not be falling apart after wearing them 5 times. Before this I purchased 2 items both terribly thin. Im glad I buy their crap on sale because I would NEVER spend full price at Lululemon. But now I will be looking elsewhere. This company is selling fast fashion subpar merchandise for quality prices. What a joke of a company.

I would leave zero stars if I could as I ordered items on December 26th and I fully understand it was boxing day and I still have not received my order and it's January 17th !!! In fact they have not even updated anything since December 30th ! This is unacceptable for such a large corporation such as Lululemon. I am extremely disappointed with this level of service ! Not to mention I keep getting directed to several departments to resolve the issue. I will NEVER buy from this company again !!! Terrible service ! I still have not received my order after 23 days ? Lululemon get it together ! What a disgrace 😤
Horrible Customer Service and Poor Quality
I've been buying from Lululemon since 2014 and purchased multiple workout leggings over the years as well as other gear. I've never once had a quality issue or any other issue in this time. November 2025 I ordered a pair of "final sale" leggings that I actually already owned, just wanted an additional pair. Upon removing the tags and wearing them I find that the inseam of them is not the same as my prior pair or what was stated on the product description; and additionally the right leg is quite noticeably shorter than the left, about 1.5 inch difference. I reached out and they had me complete a "quality promise" form. It took nearly a week for them to respond and they stated it was not a quality issue but a fit preference and nothing would be done. I then called customer service and they told me they could not help me in any capacity, nor could they transfer me to a manager. I completed an additional quality form providing more pictures of the length discrepancy on the leggings and another week went by for them to say again, nothing was wrong and nothing would be done. I'm not even asking for a refund, just the correct product to be sent or even a store credit but they have zero desire to make it right. That speaks volumes about a company to me. I had recently read headlines regarding their fall in quality and customer service and have now unfortunately experienced it first hand. This ranks as one of, if not the most, disappointing customer experiences I've ever had with a company.
Lululemon customer service is horrible - not responsible
My package was shipped but never arrived. I waiting 2 weeks and checked. It is marked as lost in transit/undeliverable, but Lululemon did nothing to send a new one. When I tried to contact them I only got a robot. Robot collected my information and claimed to connect me to an agent, but agent never came on line. It's ridiculous.

I am so disappointed in this company
I am so disappointed in this company. I buy their products all the time. I wont be ordering on line again. They sent me a wrong item and forgot two items I did order. The process to hopefully get the items I ordered took 25 minutes! And now they want me to return the card wallet they mistakenly sent me, which will also take time. I own my own company and certainly would have compensated the customer if I had made an error.
Broken promises and Censorship.
Was promised delivery before Christmas. Delivered (without signature or photo) while I was away. Tried to leave one star review on their site but was censored. What a useless 1990’s style of customer service.

As I rarely write reviews, in this instance, you have one employee, working in your Roosevelt field Long Island Store, by the name of Lily, and as my Wife and I have been Loyal customers of Lululemon, Lily is one of the most phenomenal representations of a retail store, that we can remember. She is kind, articulate, thorough, thoughtful, and you can tell right through the phone, that she was excited to help with my questions regarding our account. The store and quite frankly, the company is absolutely Lucky to have her. I am Hoping that there will be some substantial benefit and gain for her, as she so deserves it. BTW – the call was not for anything to our benefit, and I am not lying this email because we receive something, but she represents Lululemon above and beyond what we have virtually every experienced. I’ve always had great experiences ordering from lulu lemon. Free shipping and my orders are always right. Customer service has always been great to me. I own a lot of their clothes and they last a long time. Never lose their shape or colour. I also take care of my clothes. Plus I’m Canadian I pay a lot because my country sucks.
Terrible Return Experience!!
I try to avoid the Jacksonville, Town Center store because it’s not a pleasant experience. Ever. But I had a few returns of a full price items. Had all my receipts. The guy pulled the items out of the lulu bag and one of the rip tags fell off. Price tag still in tact but that was it. He declined the return. I explained it was in tact and it was clear the shirt was brand new with price tag in tact. The size was just too big. He basically told me too bad, move on. So I’m stuck with a full price, brand new item that I cannot return??? Nice policy. I’ll be taking my hundreds, actually thousands at this point, elsewhere!
Really comfortable and good quality
I shop there pretty often and the clothes are super comfortable. You can tell the quality right away when you wear them. The leggings are not too tight and they stay in place during workouts(common issue in some other brands). It's a bit pricey, so I don't buy from them that often.
Quality Took a Nosedive
Recently bought a new pair of Aligns. Also recently returned from Vietnam where they’re made and sold from countless “factory outlet” stores in Hanoi and elsewhere. When I was there, I would pick up one of the Lulu knockoffs and the fabric felt like absolute garbage — I thought, that’s obviously not real Lulu. Lo and behold, I touch my brand new pair of ‘buttery soft’ Aligns, and it feels exactly like the ‘knockoffs’ I literally recoiled from in Vietnam. I bought a pair of Aligns in 2020 and they were actually soft, warm, almost like jersey, and I never worried about thong lines. The quality of this new pair is shamefully bad. Immediate return.
Poor customer service / quality
Poor quality on mens ABC trouser pants. Easily distorted. Within a few months damage appeared and Lululemon would not replace the pair. Unfortunate. Beware with their mens pants.
Great Gear for South Florida, but Medium-Large Sizes Can Be Tough to Find
I’ve been wearing Lululemon for years now, and it’s hands down some of the best activewear out there—especially in South Florida’s brutal heat and humidity. The fabrics are breathable and lightweight, making it easy to stay comfortable even during the hottest days. Whether I’m hitting the gym, running outside, or just doing everyday things, Lululemon keeps me cool and looking good.
The quality is second to none. Everything holds up over time, even with frequent wear, and the fit is always on point. Plus, I’ve had nothing but positive experiences with customer service—whether I’m in-store or shopping online, they’ve always been helpful and professional.
My only issue is with the availability of medium and large sizes. Some of the popular pieces are often sold out or hard to find in my size, which can be a little frustrating. Still, Lululemon’s quality and comfort make it worth the hunt. I’ll definitely keep coming back for more.
