Some of the worst customer service that I have ever dealt with. I will not be buying from them anymore. With premium pricing they should be willing to pay for better agents. I had to wait 7 days for my package to be officially declared lost to file a claim. I then had to wait 2-3 days for a file review for them to decide that they would refund me. I never received my package and I have to jump through hoops for a refund. NO apology, no discount coupon. Well NO THANK YOU LULU!!! I will be purchasing your dupes that are 1/4 of the price on Amazon.

I have never had a bad shopping experience or an in-person store experience. I have contacted CS several times, most recent for items that showed up that I did not order. Not only did they send the replacements at NC, but they also sent a currier to pick up the items I received by mistake. Their website is so easy to use and their delivery to SoCal is super quick! Makes me sad to see all the terrible reviews made. Most people waited until the last minute to Christmas shop (their choice of currier is not their fault, you waiting until the last min. is your fault). And someone mentioned they could not transfer a mirror - read the fine print! None of which deserves a 1star review. I have your back, Lulu<3
Beyond disappointing
I placed my very first order with Lululemon last week. At the checkout there was no option of choosing the shipping provider and the order was being shipped with Royal Mail. The ETA I received was 30.12.25, however it was delivered on 29.12.25 without any prior notifications of ‘out for delivery’ or ‘due to be delivered today’. At the time if the delivery I wasn’t in and assumed it was posted through my letterbox but once I got home my order was nowhere to be found. I checked the tracking number and ‘proof of delivery’ and it turns out that my order was left at a ‘safe place’ (outbuilding) that I didn’t nominate or game my consent to. Now I have neither my order nor my money! This is very stressful and very disappointing as the items at Lululemon are quite expensive. I’m very doubtful I will place another order with them.

I asked the store manager for a possible extension on a return as I was going away and taking the item purchased as a gift. My trip is for 3 weeks and I wasn’t sure if I could do the return in the 30 days allotted , I asked for a small extension just a note on the receipt and I would come to that store. I’ll start by stating that I’ve been a Lulu fan for a long time but recently things have changed and been very disappointed primarily in their service. I’ve made several purchases this year and on 3 separate occasions I’ve made my order and then 3-5 days later (once even after it said it was shipped) they inform me that my order is cancelled due to inventory (most likely). They never used to do this and it’s a very bad practice. I’ve never had this happen with any other product I’ve ordered except Lulu. It’s like you’re trying to maximize sales at the expense of poor customer service. Either change the way you handle your orders and fix how you handle your inventory with online sales. I don’t like wasting my time and unless this is resolved you’ve lost a long time customer. I’m sure I’m not the only one that agrees with this poor practice. Get your service together and in order.
Degragating Quality
I have been a long-term customer of lululemon since around 2014. Back then, I was consistently satisfied with the products I received. Although they were more expensive, the quality and fit were phenomenal.
However, I was let down multiple times by lululemon in the past 2 years.
1. The Textured Double-Knit Cotton Hoodie cost 128 CAD in 2021 and has increased to 158 CAD, now made with more plastic-like material.
2. The ABC pants changed their fit, and what was once the perfect fit for my athletic build is now baggy and fits more like pajamas.
3. The delivery is handled by a local network. Orders placed before 7:30am EST cannot be canceled because the only cancellation method is through the call center, which opens at 9:30 EST. I also submitted a change-of-delivery request, but Lululemon was unresponsive and did not confirm the address in time.
4. The Johnny Collar Polo (I can't recall the exact name) has an opening so tight that I have to literally squeeze my head into it.
5. They forgot to remove the security tag for me twice at two different physical stores, and the funny thing is I didn't even trigger the security alarm.
I'm pleased to see other companies catching up and gaining market share from lululemon, and I believe this trend is completely justified from my perspective. I have no issue paying more as long as I receive equivalent value in return :)
Non delivery of eGift voucher
I purchased an egift voucher for my niece to be delivered on Christmas Eve. I received an email to say it had been delivered. However, my niece has not received any voucher, and she has checked the spam folder. I have tried to send emails. This is the first time I have used their egift voucher service. I would like a response to this query.
The voucher finally arrived today 4 days later. I’ve never had this sort of experience when sending an e-voucher. I doubt I will use this service again given that this was meant to have arrived by Christmas Day.
Worthless Guarantee.
The only reason I ordered from them was because THEY guranteed delivery by 12/24/25 if ordered before noon pst on 12/22/25. Yet on the morning of 12/23/25 my order was still processing. Support said just to wait for it to update. It updated and stated it would be delivered on time.
However, now that it is 12/24/25 I am told it won't be delivered until the 26th. Lululemon claims it is "Due to unforeseen circumstances with the shipping carrier. "
They are full of it. This was fully foreseeable by me and false advertising on their end. Their stuff is good but when they drop the ball so bad on guaranteed delivery, and do not seem to be willing to take THEIR responsibility for it now being late, I will simply go elsewhere and talk smack about them from here on out.
Such a gimmick
Such a gimmick, terrible quality, go to Kmart it’s better quality. Can’t seem to upload photo but fabric of pants deteriorated in a week, they now look horrible.
Horrible clothes - even worst customer service
On 8 December 2025, I purchased 3 items from this company. On 18 Dec 25, seeing nothing had shipped, I contacted the seller. I was told that they made a mistake and would expedite my order with 2 day shipping. They sent me a gift card that I then had to give back to them. They also promised a $30 gift card for my trouble. Fast forward to 22 Dec 25, and I still have not received what they promised, in writing. To add insult to this, the first representative disconnected me and the second one claimed (1) she could find no order, (2) that as an appeasement they refunded the $78 to me, and that (3) they sent me to $30 gift card. After I sent screen shots of the order, the representative was caught in her lies and admitted that there was an order - and part had shipped and another part would arrive in 2-3 days - AFTER Christmas which is why I ordered them on 8 December so they could arrive for Christmas. I have asked for a $50 gift card for their egregious behavior and lies and was told to wait even longer for a reply. This company is clearly engaged in deceptive behavior!

I went to the store instead, no problem placed the order all is good, all in stock will ship to my home. five days later they came in packages of 2 over the next 6 days. Day after day, email after email, delayed, coming, delayed. Then the worst. 1 not in stock we cancelled. No substitution, No help, no refund, no alternative. Never again. If you're not buying in store forget about it, not worth the hassles, worst experience ever
