The dress is way too long for an average person. Lulus has changed the return policy to a shorter period so I couldn’t return it. I think you can find better fitted dress that’s more reasonably priced and not ridiculously long elsewhere. I probably won’t shop at lulus again

Returned policy used to be 30 days. I was very dissapointed when I realised that I coudn't returned my dress since I am 15 weeks pregnant and my body changed a lot in 3 weeks.

The dress is really pretty
The dress is really pretty. The pattern and neckline was flattering and I got a lot of compliments. The zipper was really hard to move up and down though, and I was really concerned it would be broken as I was getting dressed/undressed. It kept sticking and refusing to move even though the dress was a bit big.

Terrible return policy
Bought 2 dresses for £150 (including discount)
One dress was broken upon arrival, so sent it back and got a £45 refund. I understand paying for return shipping, but to suggest the return shipping is £40+ is a joke. The other dress is lovely, but certainly not worth £110.

Lulus consistently has good quality clothing, fast shipping, and an easy return/exchange process if something doesn't fit. I've bought shoes, dresses, and tops from them and they are always so nice- I get compliments on everything!

The fit of the dress was not true to…
The fit of the dress was not true to size and the quality of the fabric in some areas seemed really cheap/thin, especially around the neck and the cross fabric on the back. According the size chart, it should have fit me way more snug than it did. I spent rhe night holding up my dress and using a shall to cover up the top half because it was so loose.
