Super product, repeat customer, very happy.

I use a light therapy lamp while working and the desk/task lamp style lamp is so much more comfortable and less obtrusive compared to a classic light box style lamp. I saw Lumie's new task lamp and hesitated purchasing at first due to the high price point. However since receiving the lamp I have no regrets, the quality is of a very high standard and it's not only a more practical design than the old goose-neck style lamp (the flip up light plate is so much easier to adjust positioning and light diffuser is lovely and soft), but it looks really nice on my desk too. It's also a bonus if purchasing direct on the Lumie website claim medical VAT relief is very straight forward if you are eligible. Delivery was super fast. Overall, happy customer.

Took me a bit of figuring bout but wow what a great alarm clock , wakes us both up with the light before the sound comes on but the birds are a soft & pleasant noise to ease the waking up . Definitely recommend this

I love my Lumi light, it’s helped my Seasonal Affective Disorder phenomenally and I highly recommend it. The light is extremely bright so if your eyes are light sensitive do a bit of research first but I am happy.

I absolutely love Lumie lamp and I bought one for my nephews too. I always struggled to get up when it is dark and now, I feel it way more easier! How could I have lived without this? Definitely great investment!

PS: I tried a cheaper version before but I found the blue/white light too piercing my eyes in the morning. I like the yellowish light of Lumie lamp way more

All as expected. I bought a replacement bulb for my Lumie alarm clock. It could have been a little easier to find on the website. Otherwise ordering, emails, delivery, etc was all as expected. I didn't have any need to contact customer service.
I was buying a new bulb because I knocked the Lumie alarm clock I've had for years off the table, breaking the bulb. The alarm clock is still going strong. Maddeningly I broke the bulb again a few days later, in the same way. Note to self to be more gentle when I'm switching the alarm off in the morning. That's when I found with a bit of research there are other places online (avoiding Amazon) which are cheaper including delivery.
