On March 27, 2023 I ordered $46 of clothing from this company. I have not heard a word I, have emailed and tried to contact them but to no avail. I’ve heard nothing from them at all and I’m out $46. It said JC pennies so that’s who I thought I was ordering from.

I ordered March 30, 2023. Credit Card was charged immediately. Have not heard or received anything. Seriously thought I was ordering from JCP outlet. Has anyone reported This to JCP as this company is ruining their name.

I ordered some products on 4-16-2023, I have heard from them at all, I will never order any items again. I also thought that they were a legitimate site. I want my items or my money refunded.

I placed an order from their Facebook page thinking I was ordering from JCP(indicating I was ordering from JCPenney). My credit card has been charged two separate times(Apr 08 and May09, 2023), and I have yet to receive my order,

I thought I was ordering from JC Penney. Great deals but I've gotten great deals from them before. Then this Luminana shows up but showed items I had picked from Penneys so I thought some kind of distributor or something like a marketplace. I can't even locate that now. If I search my mail there's nothing from this company now, or from JC Penneys. This is becoming so common I'm about ready to stop shopping online. I think a lot of people are. These scammers have become too good. I have had to cancel and get reissued a debit card about 3 times in 6 months. It's ridiculous!

WOW!!!! What a Scam!!!! I ordered on 4/1/2023 & today is 4/25 & nothing!!! I've been emailing & no responses. I would like to report them but don't know where. I really need a refund!!!!

Update RECIEVED A REFUND FROM LUMINA THIS MORNING. Happy about that. Added a star for refund. But people do not order from this company

Scam, it was to good to be true

This company is a big scam. I never received my items and am out my money. Not a happy lady. Tired of all these places being ripping people off.

If the rest of the reviews are correct I've been ripped off as well. They took my money 10 days ago and I haven't seen or heard anything more. Mine looked like it was from JCP as well. The site they give you to contact them doesn't exist. Beware!!

I also placed an order and haven't received it. I'll be reporting this company to the BBB and the police. What a scam!!!

I placed an order on yesterday but the site had me thinking they were JCPenney until I finished the order and it came up Luminana. I am concerned this is a scam boutique.

A total fraud bought two jackets for 250 USD after two months waiting received a XXXI low quality T shirt instead, they do not answer email, i put the police case in Sweden and reported it to google . BE careful.

This web page is a scam. I suggest also checking out paremium.com, which is a completely similar page with copy/paste of their ToS, aswell ad same fake prices.

I ordered a jacket and I'm waiting I asked for a tracking number but they didn't answer.
