Nach 2 Jahren und 3 Monaten wurde bei Lumisky bemängelt, das sich die Solarzellen der Outdoor-Lampen mit einer weißen, lichtundurlässigen Schicht überzogen haben. Die Reklamation wurde abgelehnt, da die Garantie nach 2 Jahren abgelaufen ist. Also Elektroschrott.
Wir haben vor ca. 3 Jahren eine Outdoor-Leuchte von Lumisky über Limango erworben. Preis knapp unter 200€. Leider lässt sich die Leuchte über die dazugehörige Fernbedienung nicht mehr einschalten (auch nach Batteriewechsel nicht). Die Lampe flackert nur leicht. Nach mehrfachem Kontakt mit dem Hersteller gibt es nach Ablauf der Garantie keinen Support und keine Ersatzteile mehr. Also praktisch nach 2 Jahren E-Schrott! Sehr nachhaltig und daher nie wieder! Bei dem Preis hätte man auch wenigstens etwas Qualität erwarten dürfen. Totale Enttäuschung!
