Dekivery delay / Annoying emails
The product is of fine quality, The problem is that the delivery was not clear towards the customer.
Also the delivery took too much time, probably because of the intermediate logistic distributor.
Lastly, I am receiving emails almost daily, thing that I know it's for marketing purposes, but it is annoying. People do not need to check for lights every day, not all people are architects or interior designers.

The transport company was unacceptable
I have no complaints from lumories department in Greece. The transport company that delivered the products, Vianox, was however completely unprofessional and inappropriate.
