Keep looking

We contracted with Luna through our wedding planner and were disappointed that we did. Her photography was very average (we ended up with better pics from family and friends) and her etiquette and treatment of her assistant during of our wedding were very poor. My wedding planner dropped her from her list after our wedding based on her own observations.

Unprofessional and wasted my time…

Unprofessional and wasted my time signing a contract to later was told the day was taken. Most educated businesses will not send a final contract to sign if they didn’t intend to do business with them. Owner failed to direct me to their website and failed to send invoice for a deposit if that was the “main concern”- per she so defended. Owner later threaten me to report me for my honest reviews when I have proof of documentation on all of our communications and the final contract. Owner said she waited “few days”and assumed I wasn’t needing a photographer anymore. (After we have clearly communicated for more than a week and was sent the final contract.) When technically owner said she will send me the contract on the “day of” when I asked, but she didn’t— she sent it the next day at night (8/19). I had my planner and legal team reviewed it and I sent it back to her on 8/21. So really it’s technically only considered a full day of me not sending it back to her. Her false claim of a “few” days is an exaggeration far from the truth. Moral of the end of all of this- I truthfully left an honest review and now the owner is threatening me to take down my reviews. I am protect by the First Amendment Rights to express my truthful review. Just be kind and apologize for your mistake and never threaten people. Also, false advertisement isn’t kind. Thanks.
