I was skeptical at begging since it was overseas. I submitted a dress image found from ins, and sent to them through their design your own dress page.

I was surprised that they did reply me the next day. My designer was Tansy. She was so patience to me. I felt I was a bit annoying for so many questions. It was my first time to try the online design. I just didn't wanna make any mistake and take too much risk. I spent long time to collect enough money for my prom dress. Tansy was professional and very nice even though I hadn't paid any money for my dress. I bought few swatches to pick the color I want. It is a bit difficult to choose a color from computer. I'm happy that I did it that way. Tansy sent me the dress photos before shipping. I asked for a small modification for free. It took about 6 days to arrive. It proved that I made a right choice. The dress came very beautiful, and fit me well. I got so many compliments throughout the night. It is a verbose review. But I really appreciate their great work. They made my night! Tips for girls, leave enough time for your designer and tailors if you wanna try Lunss also. Prepare your dress in about 2 months advance, don't wait till the last minutes. I read some girls complained that they received their dresses in last minutes. If the event is very important, give more time to make your dress more perfect.

First off, the communication is horrible, they take days to respond to you. I was very clear about what I wanted, I gave multiple pictures. When I got the dress not only was the neckline, not anything like I wanted it, the fit was bad, it felt cheap. And the color was a bright red. The dress looked like a candy wrapper. I asked what color would look like the one in the pictures I gave, and I picked Ruby red, but they gave me this bright red. Also, they say it takes 35 days but they only sent int (45 days later) when I sent them an angry message asking why it hadn't come. The whole dress felt cheap and was poorly done. So I asked to return it, and every time I get a new message I get an email notification saying I got a new message, but I did not get one this time, So I checked and there was a message that said I could return and they would give my 60% refund, that I was totally fine with because they did put some effort into making the dress. But then it said we refuse to return after 5 days, I had only seen the message now (9 days after they sent the message) and I pleaded with them to take it back because that was $300 for a dress that is probably worth $50. The refused to take it back and now I am out of $300 and am left with a dress, that looks like it was stitched together within a day.

My daughter won her state pageant competition in 2016 & was looking for a particular gown for her national pageant competition, along with another cocktail dress for the opening number. We found the Sherri Hill gown she wanted but it was no longer in production. The only way to get it was to buy one used, but we couldn't find one in her size. She found Lunss online & I was very skeptical at first. This was a very important event only months away & we were taking a chance ordering from a company overseas.

I trusted her instinct & talked with Tansy numerous times. We shared photos of the gown along with the other dress she found. We discussed in great detail the changes we wanted to make as well as shared drawings my daughter made expressing those changes.

Both designs were complete in little over a month (would have been less time but we made several changes). The time between final completion/payment & arrival to our home was about a week. The dresses were beyond anything we could've hoped for! The custom white Sherri Hill was the most gorgeous gown I've ever seen. My daughter looked like an angel on stage & like a doll in her other custom dress!

I'm very happy to have worked with Lunss over the past year and can't wait to have them design more dresses for my daughter!

This place is a joke... I ordered the dress came in too small and I told her that she wanted a picture and sent the picture and she was like that's how it was suppose to look like the hell is isn't. I looked like I'm wearing my baby sister dress it came to my ankles and the sleeves to my elbows and they were suppose to be long sleeves.. the fact is I sent the picture and she said that's how it's suppose to fit is mind blowing.

I was nervous about ordering my custom wedding dress online, without being able to see it in person or try it on, but I shouldn't have worried! I ordered the wedding gown, which has since been discontinued so I couldn't leave a review on their website, but the dress is absolutely beautiful, and such a great deal! I ordered a standard size so I could return it if I needed to, so I will need to get it altered slightly. I would recommend ordering your custom size to future brides and bridesmaids!
