Beautiful dress!

Similar to what a lot of other people have experienced, my order is late and was expected to be finished more than a week ago.

The original date was pushed back. With the new date, it was supposed to be ready yesterday, but I haven’t heard anything yet. Hopefully I get that photo confirmation soon. I still have around 3 weeks until prom so hopefully it’ll be ok?

Edit: I got my dress last week, and it’s beautiful! A few alterations are needed, and it came later than expected, but the shipping was really fast.

Haven’t received it

I ordered my dress in March 14/ 16. They started on it March 22. I’ve emailed the company about 4 to 5 times asking about the dress. My prom is April 26 and I’m scared I won’t get my dress in time which is nerve wrecking. It still says in production. I payed for the rush order too. Hopefully it’ll be here. I haven’t received a photo of the dress neither. Maybe this was a mistake.

UPDATE: I RECIEVED MY DRESS three days before prom. It’s a beautiful dress.

Late Dress? ***UPDATED REVIEW

I'm extremely worried that my dress will not come in time. My prom is on April 27th, and I ordered my dress on March 13th, well over a month before the event. Shipping will take a while, and I think I may have to make a claim with my bank. My estimated day of finishing my dress was supposed to be April 15th. They only got back to me with the estimated finished production date. I will update this if my dress actually comes in time.

I received my dress in the mail today. The quality isn't terrible, it's quite nice. However, my dress is very wrinkled. Nothing a bit of steam can't straighten. However, the dress at the bust fits very oddly, and the pads sown in are resting above my actual breasts. Otherwise, it fits great everywhere else. I'm requesting a partial refund to cover the cost of alternations.

Stressed About Dress

Stressed About Dress
I ordered my dress March 25th and I paid for the rush service. My prom is April 27th and I've sent numerous emails with no response. The estimated finish date was supposed to be today, April 15th but I haven't heard anything. I paid 359$ for my dress and I'm really worried.

Prom Dress 2K19

Received my Daughter’s prom dress this morning after confirming the dress picture Wednesday 4/10, very pleased with the quick shipping!
Opened the package... and when I say it’s ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS😍 it’s STUNNING!!! When my Daughter got in from school and saw it, She instantly fell in Love!
I’m not gonna lie though, my nerves where on touch and go for the past 3 weeks worried if it was going to come or not being that I placed the order February 17
But I’m 100% satisfied! Great job Nancy and LUNSS!
FYI: order at least 2 months in advance of the event and you won’t be dissatisfied!

I am very upset

I am very upset. I have emailed and messaged them numerous amount of times on numerous different websites. They have not responded to me or my friends who have also been commenting on different social medias for me. Instead they blocked me on. I'm sorry if I sounded rude but I just want someone to respond to me. My event is on the 19th. No one has answered and I have cried from all the stress. I just want someone to answer me.

Lunss is very unprofessional

Lunss is very unprofessional. I’m disappointed. The only reason I’m not rating them 1 star is because my prom hasn’t came yet, and I still believe there might be a chance of me receiving a dress. I have been trying to contact someone for 3 days in regards to my prom dress and have yet to receive an answer. They were quick to email me when it was time for me to send my money, but now I can’t get anybody to respond. My prom is in 6 days and I have been stressing on whether or not I’m going to have a dress. It wasn’t even a custom made dress, it was a pre-designed dress and I paid $70 extra for it to be rushed. I don’t appreciate them taking my money and not having the decency to tell me if my dress will be ready or not. I truly regret ordering from them.

If i could give it a negative 100 i…

If i could give it a negative 100 i would..They totally and completely ruined my daughter's senior prom I ordered her dress in more than enough time I asked Nancy would it be ready by 13 April for my daughters event and she assured me it would be..My daughters prom is tommorrow and I've just received a picture of the dress and then she says it would be 2 to 3 business days before it arrives !!!!!What!!!! Nancy assured me the dress would be shipped out bt the 5th of April and now my child has no prom dress I am beyond angry and thinking about suing them for the stress and disappointment that my daughter is going through. All Nany had to do was tell me the dress would not be ready and we could have secured her another prom dress..Now we are racing and stuggling trying to find a dress for her TOMMORROW.I can't believe it and Nancy will not answer anyvof the messages sent to her and customer service sends you back to Nancy for answers I dont see a number to call them. As i read the other reviews i see there is a very common them to this company..THEY LIE TO GET THE MONEY AND THEN FAIL TO DELIVER AT THE REPORTED TIME. I dont care what the shipping time is Nancy assured my daughter and i that the dress would be there by the 13th.There has to be something that can be done about the lies they are putting out there to thier customers. I will never recommend the company to anyone and will speak of my horrible experience with them on every platform available to me.

I HATE LUNSS !

I would like to give a shout out to Lunss for ruining my prom After Spaming Nancy about my dress she finally sends me a picture the dress is nice I’ll give her that I told her to send it note my prom is April 13th the dress won’t be delivered till Monday the 15th all I have to say is don’t order nothing from this site because you will miss the event I paid for rush shipping it should’ve been here a lil faster than the 15 now I’m going to miss prom because of this stupid website I HATE LUNSS !

We love the dress ‼️

I ordered my daughter’s prom dress March 5 with rush delivery so I could have it by April 12. The production of the dress started immediately. The designer Nancy stayed in contact with me every step of the way, she sent fabric pics, adjusted the sizing even during the production stage since my daughter did lose a few inches after initial measurements. I did a little worried but April 3rd I revived final pics and the dresses was shipped in 3 days. I received the dress Monday April 8 and OMG ‼️ The dress is everything plus some. I can’t thank Luuns enough for making me a happy satisfied customer. I will shop again.

So I ordered a dress from them in March…

So I ordered a dress from them in March and before I ordered I asked if it would be done by April 6th and they assured me it would be done and we did rush shipping! Then we received a email saying it will be here no later than April 4th. Well guess what,no prom dress!! I told them I wanted to cancel and just give me a refund seeing that I had to go buy another dress cause I didn't have a dress. They are just responding. They asked for my order number so I sent it. They responded back with it's shipped! After the prom and the facts that I cancelled. We still haven't received it. I'm going to tell any and everybody don't order from them cause it's poor customer service and spam! An I'm going to go on any site I can to bash them if I don't get my money back!! BBB here I come.

I am beyond frustrated with this…

I am beyond frustrated with this company. My daughter Audrey ordered her dress in March with a rush order. Her prom is this weekend April 13 and we yet to have a response from Nancy or the company on the true status of the dress. My daughter has been emailing continuously. I believe it’s the company’s responsibility to inform their customers if the dress will be ready on time. We have 3 days until prom. I will be reporting this company if I don’t hear back or get the dress on time. I do expect a phone call from management of this company. If the dress is not ready on time a full refund should be expected as to the negligence of the company and stress/ distress that has caused us the customers. As well as this far the company has not shown any proof of the dressed progress. The company has not been truthfully communicating if the dress could be completed by the deadline.

If the dress will not be done and delivered by tomorrow, Thursday I would like to cancel this order with an expectation of a full refund. As the company has not fulfilled their word and has is not provided proof that this dress was even started.

I ordered my dress on March 7th...thinking my dress would be here on time. I still haven’t received the dress and it’s April 6th. I did get a reply after the first email but after that no replies yet. I’m really stressing out because my prom is April 13th 🤦🏽‍♀️

I started my dress order on March 1st…

I started my dress order on March 1st hoping it was enough time to get my dress in time for prom April 13 and for them to ship it. So far it has just been in the producing stage and it’s april 5th I don’t think my dress is going to be here in time let alone finished. I tried contacting them to cancel but still no response. I had trouble initially with the hours Nacy worked( she was my designer) everytime I thought she was on the clock she ally was not and didn’t respond to my messages timely. I contacted what I believed to be an executive but they would just tell me to leave a message for the designer on the page. Right now I feel like I was cheated out of 300$ and i probably won’t go to my senior prom. I was looking forward to the dress. Hopefully I can at least get a refund.

I submitted the dress to be made on the…

I submitted the dress to be made on the 16th of January for a prom the 20th of April. I gave them more than plenty of time to get the dress in my hands. It seemed to be going pretty well at first. Two months passed by and the dress was not finished as I was told it would be finished by mid March. I eventually had to lie to them and tell them my event changed to the 6th of April. They didn’t send me confirmation pictures until a week before and didn’t ship my dress until 2 DAYS before the 6th aka my fake event date. Had my event actually been on the 6th I would have not got my dress in time. And had I not told them an earlier date for my actual event, I either would not have gotten it on time or it would’ve cut entirely too close. The dress,on the other hand, was absolutely gorgeous. So my tip is, tell them an event date that is well before your actual event date; and don’t expect a dress to look exactly like a picture!!

Do not buy a dress from them.

I bought my prom dress on the 26th of February, 2019. I need it on the 27th of April. I emailed them after a whole month thinking it’d be done, however it wasn’t. They said it MIGHT get done by the 8th of April—this was an estimation. This wasn’t a custom dress either—it was a standard dress.
I paid $70 extra for express production and despite that it took them this long. I ordered a long enough time before my prom.
I know for a fact I’m not getting my dress before the 27th, shopping alone is going to take two weeks maybe even three.
I cancelled my dress and will be receiving a 40% refund, as they do not offer a full refund.
I will never ever shop from them again, I hope you read this and don’t either.
