Do not shop here. The item never arrived and they offered me 10% discount on future purchases as compensation. Absolutely shocking.

I thought lush sold soap, so why is their advertising campaign so deeply flawed and nothing to do with soap.

In regard to some feedback i offered on their fb page after their new window displays, Lush UK deleted my review and reported my account as hacked, and then proceeded to block me.

Here’s my response to that;

The misguided campaign and window displays were bad enough, and despite the feedback you refused to admit fault or apologise and that was annoying, but to falsely report peoples profiles as hacked so that you can delete their reviews and boost your ratings is disgraceful and totally unethical. You want truth and free speech as long as it agrees with yours? Totally lost respect for you now!

As you deleted my review here it is again;
Pretty disgusting how you can launch a campaign which can influence so many people against all Police officers when your problems lie with a very small minority, the majority of which no longer even work for the Police. At face value your displays make a statement about ALL Police and do nothing to try to educate. You’re just undoing all of the hard work that goes into trying to build public confidence in the Police to make our communities feel safer. Once again someone in your offices is putting your shop staff in positions where they need to answer for someone else’s opinion, and last time you did that you put those staff in danger, and it was the Police who were called to keep them safe...

I had barry do a web design for me very pleased with his work shows you end product before going on the web ,very good at what he does ,very good with faulting finding on computers or upgrades .good advise.

Barry was excellent from the start. We have a fantastic website that runs great! Barry is always happy to help if i am in need of something doing on my website. Highly Recommended.

Non-techie me needed my wireless printer set up for use with my mac at home. I emailed lushh on a Sunday, got a reply on Monday morning and a few hours later one of their team had turned up and got things sorted out. The cost was just £25 and I was really impressed with everything. I highly recommend this company.

Barry director has helped and supported us many times with all aspects of computer problems and is very prompt and has excellent customer service

Had issues with laptop being slow and kept freezing etc. Got Lush out and was sorted straight away and now it all works fab!
Also used them for phone screen and will never go anywhere else. Would definately rate Lush. Excellent customer service too.

I'am a Mix Marshal Artist and I was looking for a web designer, to help promote my brand and show my followers my latest fights and pictures, they can also find out the latest news on my upcoming events. I had a previous web site but it didn't meet my expectations, I found [external reference] and they helped me get set up and designed my followers page, I have had a great experience with them and find them easy to work with and very professional.

My laptop was running so slow and crashing continously! I asked lush company to repair my laptop for me and they were so quick to repair! By far the quickest. Now my laptop is running quicker than before and I no longer have the worry of loosing documents due to the system crashing. Thank you so much and if anyone are having any difficulties concerning devices like laptops or computers then I would most certainly advise you all to choose this company. They are very reliable and always guarantee to meet their customers expectations.
