Very poor
Very poor! I've been in the trade over 20 years.laid over 25sm for a customer, the product hasn't even lasted a year! All the faces have peeled off! Rather than accepting it was a bad batch they made up any excuse to avoid honouring the warranty!ruining my reputation in the process!cliftons supplied it and I've been waiting 3weeks for a call back! Avoid it!!!!!

If you feel strongly about your complaint, please go back to Clifton where you bought the flooring and raise the issue with them.
Ridiculous amount of scratches
We had this installed 6 months ago, its ridiculous how easily it scratches the edges have risen too. Very expensive mistake, it's meant to last 25 years, I don't think it will last 5.

Bought 17square metres of the Luvento…
Bought 17square metres of the Luvento Pro concrete floor had high performance screed laid & 1mm membrane for vinyl laminate. The click system dosnt stay clicked when walked on. Had to take it all up & replace with vinyl laminate that went down perfect. Waiting to hear from company to admit bad product. Will not use again 😡

Hi Melanie, Thank you for your review. We do take all issues with our products seriously. We don't have a product called Luvanto Pro Concrete, we can only assume you mean Luvanto Endure Pro which is an SPC product and already has a built-in underlay. According to our installation instructions it does state not to use any additional underlayment with this product as it can have an adverse effect on performance. From your review we can see that you have used an additional underlayment, which may have caused the problem. Do not touch their LVT
I bought LVT for the whole downstairs of my home. It was fitted on a new build property of about 10yrs old. The subfloor is concrete and is flat yet literally a week after fitting some edges started rising. Over the course of 3 month so much of the corners lifted and was consistent from the front of the house to the back. The shop, nor the fitter nor Luvanto are willing to admit its a product fault and all blame the subfloor. I have just had the LVT lifted and my subfloor is good enough that 3 other fitters say it does not need screeded.
Im now left to purchase another floor and pay to have it fitted.

Unfortunately, I've not being able to locate your formal complaint without the details of the retailer and installer involved. I have tried to find it under your name but have been unsuccessful.
Based on your description, it appears that a click product may have been used for your installation, and I would assume that a surface regularity check was conducted prior to installation. However, it seems that the product may not have been the correct fit for your environment, as we have various types of flooring to cater to different needs.
Our quality control indicates that there were no reported manufacturing issues with our Click product at this time. Nevertheless, we always aim to assist our customers as best we can, and I'm unsure why this has not been extended to you.

Brilliant LVT
Brilliant LVT, I have fit this for the last 5 years and I have never had an issue.
The negative reviews I have read on here are not a problem with the product but the installation.

Very poor quality only down one week flooring expanding due to glue issues etc don’t waste your money it’s costly and won’t last . Stay with laminate flooring.I am going to buy laminate to have over the top that’s going to cost me again at least it will not fall apart

As we're unaware of the retailer / installer you have used I can’t look back over your complaint. Based on your review it looks like you may have had a click type floor as you mentioned it falling apart. This type of floor is not designed to be stuck down and I can see why you may have had issues should this be the case.
With floors that are designed to be stuck down, like Luvanto Design, your installer needs to use the recommended adhesive or you risk the floor not performing as designed as you have rightly mentioned.

White Sparkle Planks
I have had the Luvanto Click White Sparkle fitted in my bedroom. It's not white, more of a cream/off white colour. It still looks amazing when the light hits it. It feels quite warm to walk on and it's fantastic quality.

We had the concrete style fitted…
We had the concrete style fitted Christmas 2019. The fitted had to relay half the floor immediately as they were all scratched straight out of the box. That same day we found more scratches, even though all our dining furniture has protective feet on the bottom. Then after around a month later, edges started to chip off and whole chunks started to peel away. It's quite dangerous to walk on now as bits of the flooring either stick up or chip off. We haven't used any chemicals to clean the flooring so we are unsure how it's happened. We contacted the supplier and he said fault lies with the company itself. We're really disappointed

After conducting a thorough search, we were unable to locate a formal complaint under your name, but we would still like to address the concerns you have raised. It sounds like you may have had a click system installed that required an additional underlay and may have performed differently in direct sunlight compared to our SPC range. We understand that your floor has chipped on the joints, and we suspect that this could be due to a variety of factors such as product selection, location, installation, and possibly the subfloor not being in tolerance. We do provide instructions with every box of flooring, as well as on our website, to ensure that our customers are aware of the necessary precautions to take during installation.
We also understand that you have taken precautions to protect your floor by using furniture feet, but unfortunately, over time, they can pick up bits of grit that can leave fine scratches on your floor. However, we do provide extra pads in our care and maintenance box to prevent this from happening.
We want to assure you that we take the quality of our products very seriously and we would never knowingly send out a product with scratches on it. If this was the case, we would have arranged a direct replacement. It is possible that scratches may have occurred if people walked on the floor during the installation process before checking their shoes. We always recommend that retailers advise customers to wear appropriate indoor shoes to prevent any outdoor materials from causing damage to the floor.
We hope that this sheds some light on why these issues may have occurred, and we regret that we were not given the opportunity to assist you at the time. Luvanto Click 'New Concrete'…
WE had Luvanto Click 'New Concrete' fitted in our new kitchen 7 months ago. We are very pleased with it - looks as new, easy to keep clean. It is nice to walk on in bare feet - not cold and is forgiving if I drop something.

I rang Luvanto customer service for some LVT samples,early afternoon, and they said they would be there in the morning, and true to form they were.
I have placed an order from them, and got the same friendlies as my first call,and the same speedy delivery.

Installed Luvanto QA Ebony Herringbone…
Installed Luvanto QA Ebony Herringbone a few days ago and although the floor looks amazing. it has so many scratches only after 4 days of being installed. My advice is save yourself the money and buy a better more reputable brand as you will be throwing money down the drain.

Poor quality and poor service
I ordered some Luvanto click though a local supplier. Twice Luvanto sent the wrong product to my supplier. When it finally did arrive and I've opened it I had clipped panels and it looked like the whole lot was seconds. Poor show Luvanto - very disappointing

QA luvanto flooring through Floors…
Brought luvanto flooring through Floors 4 u Erdington Birmingham. This is vinyl flooring which could be fitted anywhere in home as per Floors 4 u
We have had flooring fitted throughout our home to find that when sun shines through the back of thr house the flooring lifts to the point where it is really soft and hot very hot so hot you cannot walk on it. The flooring has now swelled and looks a complete mess had flooring fitted March 2018. Got intouch with both company's luvanto who explain via phone this has happened before but we have to go through Floors for u as this is where we purchase the flooring from . We was advised by Floors for u to pay £100 for independant flooring inspector to look at floor as the sale team Erdington didnt know why the flooring had done this. Have now had inspector report back and its due to high levels of heat.
Floors for u Erdington have now said that you cannot fit luvanto flooring in direct sunlight. And has now left us with a swelled floor we was not advise of thid before point of sale during or after sale or when we approched them with the fault
if we would of know this we would not of put this throughout house. Let's face i you cannot have luvanto flooring unless you have property without direct sunlight this is ludicrous!
On the box it says can fit in conservatory's no you can't sunlight
i have payed over £2 000 pounds on this flooring supplied and fitted to be left with nothing from either company!! Both passing the buck say clear of all singing and all dancing luvanto flooring!!! Also stay clear of floors 4 u!!!
Rude! Staff at head office no 1 in management to call you back.
