I broke the clear plastic luxaflex pull handle on my duette blind. I contacted luxaflex to find out where I could buy a replacement. And they responded immediately to say they would send one out to me free of charge - it arrived a few days later. It is only a small thing but I am very pleased to have a replacement. And grateful that they responded so quickly and provided it free. Great service!

Update 2: Three months later, the crossed cables were fixed, but the newly installed guides only made things worse. The blinds are now misaligned by several centimeters. Attempts to discuss these fixes were met with rudeness and hostility from the installer, who referred to the quality of the manufacturing.
It seems that Luxaflex's supposed goodwill gesture is actually an attempt to punish a customer dissatisfied with the poor quality by making the situation even worse than before.
We’ve spent a huge amount of nerves, money, and time on a product that doesn’t even match the quality of cheap Chinese blinds.
I do not recommend using this manufacturer’s products: even the installer criticizes them, and as a customer, I can confirm the same. Their warranty seems designed not to fix issues, but to create more trouble for the customer.
Update: Two months later, despite contacting Luxaflex in response to this message, as well as communicating with the installer—who also made a return visit to confirm the defects—no repairs have been made either by the manufacturer or the installer. We are still forced to live with broken blinds.

Al tijdens de installatie was het duidelijk dat de jaloezieën met gebreken waren geproduceerd. De geleiders waren van verschillende afmetingen en scheef gemonteerd. Sommige jaloezieën gingen niet open, terwijl andere juist niet bleven zitten en naar beneden gleden. De monteur weigerde de problemen te verhelpen en verwees naar de gebrekkige kwaliteit van het product. De garantieverplichtingen werden genegeerd.

Already during the installation, it was clear that the blinds had been manufactured with defects. The guides were of different sizes and misaligned. Some blinds would not open, while others would not stay in place and kept sliding down. The installer refused to fix the issues, claiming that it was a problem with the product’s quality. The warranty obligations were ignored.

same problem: all of my 16 louvre had meanwhile to be repaired serveral times. This product is just scrap!! Each louvre had the same malfunction, the slider hangs out and moving the blades isn‘t working anymore. The company knows about this problem but they don‘t care. Each repair costs me about 160€ and if you have luck it lasts more than 2 weeks. DON‘T BUY THIS SCRAP!! This product don‘t work!

After 4 visits (each half a day) of your service engineer and 1 year after the purchase of 10 Duettes they still don't function properly. One is defect for the fourth time and the others are surprising us everyday. Which one is opening according to the program and which one is not responding.
It is a nice but poorly functioning product, not ready for the market.

They solved the problem but it was not complete! I wanted everything with Apple Homkit but the mecanic did not help with that. Now sent twice a message and no answer so far. A bit dissapointing.

We have bought Luxaflex blinds for years and the quality is shocking.
They look great for a few years and then they just start falling apart.
We went for the more expensive ones without the pull up strings last time, they have a tab that you pull up and pull down, as the strings are always the 1st part to go but after 3 years the tabs started coming loose, the screws are inside the blind and inaccessible, and then they just broke.
We’ve had enough of them, expensive and shoddy.

Purchased 2 sets of large Self Levelling Blinds with 5 year Garuntee in July 2015 - very expensive - from John Lewis Cardiff.
By July 2018 the self rising stopped working, returned to John Lewis and then repaired by Luxaflex. Refitted by John Lewis in August 2018. (3 years and then failure 2015-2018). July 2023 Self Risingfailed again on both sets. John Leis don't support these products out of Warranty not even to return to Luxaflex and pay for repair. Luxafles will take items for repair but can only deal with the retailer who sold them to you. Catch 22 - blinds that only last fro 3 years and then deplete the warranty and withdraw all assistance. Very poor of John Lewis and of Luxaflex. Review after many attempts to get assistance.
