Worst experience ever

I placed an order a month ago and received an order confirmation but haven't heard anything since then. The delivery was meant to be 2 weeks white glove delivery and they charged me a fortune. I have waited for several hours on the customer service line multiple times to speak to someone, I have tried their chat on their site and I have tried to contact them on Whatsapp. I have heard nothing from any of their team and at this points they've essentially stolen nearly 3 grand.

Extremely poor

I placed the order in Christmas evening. Today (6th of March) I have had absolutely no communication regarding the delivery dates!
Not only that the customer services representatives do not care how they talk to you!
And… their customer services lines are frequently off within their business timings 10-1800 hours Mon-Friday.
When you ask them to speak to their managers, they are same as customer service people (can’t do much)
I placed this order at the peak Christmas sale time, and cancellation of order will be a nightmare as I’ll have to spend double the amount!

Please avoid this company.

What is happening with LuxDeco

What is happening with LuxDeco? They have had full payment for my order since Dec 2023 and have made no effort to fulfil the delivery or keep me in the loop.
They fail to respond to any form of communication and have now switched off comments on their social media channels.
Clearly something is amiss.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Avoid at all costs

I'm a trade account holder and placed an order on 07/12/23 for items which were showing as ready to deliver in as little as 2 weeks. Post Christmas/New Year we hadn't received the order so followed up with Luxdeco on 10/01/24 to which we received a copy paste email reply stating 'as of today, we won't be able to provide you with an exact delivery date and time. This is due to a backlog of orders impacting multiple customers and brand partners. I would like to make it clear to you that this issue is on our side, and not on our brand partner's side.' We subsequently cancelled the order on 29/01/24 and found the same items available directly through the supplier, which were delivered 2-3 days later. We were told we could expect our refund within 14 days (of 29/01/24) and after 21 days realised this was still yet to be received. After numerous emails and phone calls we were promised it would be paid no later than 04/03/24. No surprises it wasn't paid and we are now not receiving any further email responses and the phone lines are switched off. How this company hasn't gone into administration yet is beyond me!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered x 2 table lamps, which had a delivery time of 3 weeks. They never arrived, and then said they were out of stock. I asked for a refund and 3 months later after repeatedly chasing accounts and customer service - no refund received. Terrible service, I would avoid using this company at all costs.

This company is a fraud

This company is a fraud. Many customers, including us, have been waiting for orders since 2023. After having given up on receiving anything, we were told our refund would be forthcoming. This was months ago and the company now does not answer their phone and has pulled their phone numbers off their website.

They responded below asking for my order number, but they don't answer their phones, so how can I give it to them. It's another delay tactic, just like all the other reviews say. Honestly, this is completely deceitful - running a ponzi scam by using new customer money to fund old customer orders. If there was no cash problem, they would not risk all of these terrible reviews and they would return money and beg for the reviews to be taken down. None of that is happening.

No delivery No refund for 4 months now. An unpleasant experience with orders from LuxDeco.

The first order in the middle of Autumn (we are in March now) . We haven't received Neither orders or Refund. George from your team promised to make the refund in two week from 9th January. Nothing. Then I reached the CEO of company Jonathan Holmes and a new promise to have refund asap failed again.

BEWARE! Fraudulent company!

Fraudulent company! Do not order from them! Avoid like the plague!
First of all, please disregards all the clearly FAKE positive reviews that popped up on Trustpilot recently! This company is a scam and to be avoided at all costs (unless you like to throw away your money)

I ordered two wall sconces in mid November 2023, paid them in full and a few weeks later LuxDeco cancelled my order saying they were no longer produced... as of today march 04th, I am yet to receive a refund despite multiple emails and dozens of calls. Customer service only sends cut-and-paste boiler plate responses, promising to have a manager call you back but this never manifests. I wish I had read the other customer reviews before ordering. How come a company like this is not being investigated for online fraud?
One star is 5 too many for this company that has such clearly unethical, fraudulent business practices.

Customer service failure

Customer service failure. We have ordered from LuxDeco before and have some beautiful items we're delighted with. My wife ordered a leather tray for my birthday in July. We knew delivery would be 2 months + summer break. However delivery kept getting put off by a month. In January they said they didn't know when it would be available and so we cancelled. They promised a refund. Despite regular chasing it still hasn't come. I was promised a call back this week, it didn't come. Now customer service is unavailable. Complete fail. More than 1 star as previous experience had been good. Maybe only buy items that are in stock.

one year on. stil waiting

one year on. two outstanding orders. Fully paid for. Trade account as well. ZERO and i mean ZERO customer service. no follow up and no care to follow up either. Emails i get are standard templates. I get promises to investigate into the delays but no one ever calls back.
Im surprised this company still trades with such awful service..

Extremely terrible/no customer service, just promises

Extremely terrible service. They just don’t ever get back to you. If you want customer service don’t buy anything from them. I am sure someone will go to the press soon.
Tried to call them many times today during normal hours and no one answers - asks to call back during opening hours.
They have my money and I have no meaningful feedback or customer service. I have advised my designer not to buy anything from them…Order. No 63050

SCAM COMPANY - AVOID AVOID AVOID

Unfortunately a lot of the bad reviews on Luxdeco are all true and real. I wish we never ordered from this fraudulent company. Please don't believe to the positive reviews as they cannot be real.

We place an order for a lamp mid December with the promise for a delivery in January. Obviously we never received our order.
After several chasing, we were sent the same copy and paste emails, saying our order was delayed due to warehouse issues which seems to be their standard tactics reading other people's experience.

We were promised delivery mid February and again, they failed to deliver anything with no updates on their sides.

We have now cancelled the order and asked for a refund which never arrived and we are now out of £558!

It goes without saying that this website needs to be taken down to avoid customers to fall for further scams.
In the meantime, we will report them to the Trading standard and consumer ombudsman.

This company needs to be taken down as what they are doing is criminal.

You have our designers / agents email address already as they have been trying to communicate with you.
You have our money and we want it returned as agreed that the product would be refunded due to the timely delays you have incurred for us.

I have ordered from LuxDeco multiple times in the past. I have dealt with many interior supply companies and I can honestly say their service each time has been excellent. Efficient and professional, with orders completed smoothly and followed through with fast delivery and shipping updates, and I have been delighted each time with their products. ❌❌❌ We are really disappointed with
the customer service from LuxDeco - asking simple questions about our order has been PAINFUL - taking weeks to reply or not reply at all. We have been passed around their team and I must have been fobbed off to every member of their company and still haven't resolved the issue we had (which wasn't a big one and could have been resolved. I don't say this lightly but DO NOT order or get involved with @luxdeco as you will be left waiting for responses for extraordinary amounts of time by a team of people who don't seem to know anything about their own products.

Would be zero stars but not an option

Update 8 apr: they never respond to your emails with a refund even when you post on here. I went through my bank and their bank refunded my bank, only way to get your money back.

Would be zero stars but not an option. In my experience this is a fraudulent 'company' and I wish I'd searched on trust pilot before wasting my money here. They're 'unable' to ship the items you purchase which you only find out when you ask why they haven't been delivered. When you ask to be refunded they say sure and it doesn't happen. After over a month of asking for my refund I'm writing to the consumer ombudsman and filing claims against them through my bank.

Promised a refund, never arrived

I ordered a coffee table on Nov 13 2023. I called them on 12 January for an update. Delivery time was scheduled for 29 Jan 2024. On the day I called them to ask what time I should expect delivery. They told me the item wasn't yet in the warehouse, nor in the country and could not tell me when it would arrive. I cancelled the order. They agreed to refund me after 14 business days. They have not refunded me despite chasing them via email. I am now having the credit card company pursue them for Breach of Contract and my refund.
