How do we give a minus rating

How do we give a minus rating? Absolutely appalling company and service - TOTAL SCAM! We placed an order on November 24, 2023 as a Xmas Present. Gave an estimated delivery date of 3 days. After chasing multiple times and having missed the Xmas delivery and giving, we decided to wait. That's a mistake. We are now nearing the end of February and they are still fobbing us off with the same old lies. Warehouse delays. I decided to actually communicate with the supplier of the product earlier this week and they confirmed to me that no order was received through Luxdeco or monies received. At this point, we have decided to contact our credit card provider to pursue a refund this way as there's no way Luxdeco would ever process the refund knowing how they fraudulently operate their business. PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS - YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!

Scam!

We ordered back in August 2023 and spent thousands of pounds with LuxDeco. They gave me an 8-week lead time for delivery. When no official delivery date was issued with 8 weeks approaching, they said they were experiencing logistical issues with a backlog at their warehouse and that they were "unable to accept any new items in stock".

In December 2023, we finally cancelled the order as they could not give me lead times of delivery. They told us that we should get the money within 14 days but we are still waiting for it while we have been chasing them every week for a refund. We have reported them to Trading Standards and we are now going via our bank to get the money back.

They will probably come back to this review and request my order number or email address but there is no way for me to give it to them. No answer by email, no answer on the phone.

Avoid. Scammers

Made a large purchase in early November, which was due to be delivered within a few days. After months of not receiving my order and chasing, I decided to cancel my order and receive a refund. I was promised a refund within 14 working days; a month late and the refund has not even been processed yet. I will be reporting this busines to Trading Standards and escalating until I receive a full refund. They are obviously a sham business.

AVOID

Unprofessional, Rude & Awful service! AVOID ORDERING!!

Placed an order for a side board in 2023, no sign of delivery as promised in Jan 2024. Followed up & were advised there was a delay, which was frustrating as we had to follow up to then be told of this delay.

We then waited a few more weeks, still no show or response to our e-mails. We received more marketing e-mails than any response!! Finally had a rep reply to say they would offer a discount for the delay, to then have to chase the discount & again chase delivery.

Eventually managed to speak to someone on the phone & for a so call ‘lux’ company, spoke to the least ‘lux’ person. The lady on the phone, sounded like she was woken up from a nap, was not interested and was just repeating the same apology all day!!

I was then guaranteed we can cancel the order and receive a full refund… on week 4 since this call & no refund in sight!!

AVOID ORDERING!!

I ordered 2 x side tables over a year ago. They have not arrived. I requested my money back on 17th Jan and was told it would take up to 14 days to refund. As with many of you, the refund has never materialised. My only option now is to take legal action.

Company of criminals - AVOID!

Please please please do not use this company - its a fraud. I spent circa £15k with Luxdeco in October and December for long lead time hand-made products. Neither order was fulfilled, days and days spent on the phone trying to get useful information. I have been lied to numerous times over months by different members of staff (the products didn't make the container on time - a purchase order issue with the supplier - a critical member of staff has left - a logistical issue - and finally products not ordered due a technical issue under investigation!). Long and short of it is they have my money, they don't supply the products, its a sham, and i'm amazed that a company can look so stand up, and behave so criminally in the UK in 2024. Please don't deal with them, the staff are clearly all trained it tactics to delay and delay and evade. Wouldn't trust them to sweep the fries in mcdonalds. Told me i could apply for a refund, but it would take 3 months to complete the request - went to the police instead.

After paying for two light fittings in…

After paying for two light fittings in November last year on a two week lead time I never received the goods, I asked for a refund in January,,3 months after purchase, was told the refund would take 14 working days to appear, it never appeared, do not buy from this company, complete rip off

We ordered 2 rugs for our offices, we had no communication from anyone. We chased and called weekly and were told there's no update from their suppliers. After 20 days we cancelled our order. After more than their policy of 14 days we still have not received our refund.

This company is a scam and absolutely appalling - do not order from them - unless you want to pay ££ to not receive anything. I ordered some vases from them back in October, should have been delivered in Nov. Nothing from Luxdeco until I managed to chase for a response from them in Dec. They replied that delivery now going to be March. I said that was unacceptable, they agreed to cancel and refund the order. It’s now over 2 months later and I have not received a penny from them. Feeble excuses over and over from them that refund is being dealt with by “accounts”, is “in the hands of management” etc. I have emailed back and forth and the same drivel excuses are peddled by them. Yesterday I gave them a final 24 hrs to refund me otherwise I would be reporting them to trading standards and pursuing them through a county court claim for the monies owed and yet still nothing from them. So I have today reported them to trading standards and I will also be contacting Citizens Advice Consumer Service and I have begun the process of making a court claim. This scam company should not be allowed to continually con customers out of refunds / goods etc. The company’s google reviews and trustpilot reviews speak for themselves…..

UPDATE15/02/24 - usual generic reply from Luxdeco asking for confirmation of order number so they can look into the matter. Do they really think that these pathetic responses make them look like a reputable company?? LUXDECO why dont you refer to the 7 emails and various telephone calls you have received from me since 27th November 2023 if you want that information!!

LuxDeco - Disingenuous Company

Ordered with LuxDeco for products that were showing a 1-2 week delivery time. I spoke to the company on their concierge line to check the items were in stock and the delivery date could be accommodated (owing to a previous bad experience with the company where I ended up having to cancel the order owing to the delivery date slipping) and they assured me it was all good. Placed the order and 12 days later received an email to say that they would not be able to deliver on time and that they could not give me a delivery date. I called the concierge line and they advised me that they were not placing any new orders as their warehouse can't accommodate it due to a back-log of orders. They then also told me that they had NEVER placed my order with the supplier in the 12 days that they had held my monies, despite a delivery of 1-2 weeks! I have requested cancellation and refund, to which they have advised me that it will take 14 days to process. Last time they refunded me, they took 1month! I would not be surprised if their 'warehouse backlog' is a cover-up for a cash-poor company in terms of cash operation. I am now in the process of emailing concierge, customer services, reaching out to the owners on linked in, and other ways, to get my money back sooner, as I believe their T&Cs are also incorrect on their 14-day refund clause, as this is linked to 'return of an item' - which is not the case in this incidence. They have taken my order/money but never placed my order with their supplier, never delivered any goods to me. This clause therefore doesn't appear to be relevant where cancellation is facilitated by their own inability to deliver and provide a delivery date despite their website claims. Absolutely appalling company, who with a 51% poor review rating on this platform, should surely be investigated by trading standards now, as their poor operating performance is now becoming more 'the norm' as opposed to 'the exception'.

This company is a an abysmal joke

This company is a an abysmal joke. Order placed 2/1/24
Customer services fine until order placed and money taken, then nothing.
No updates, delivery dates not available and not the 1-2 weeks still stated on website. Emails ignored and only genetic ones received when a report left on social media.
Eventually consented to refund, refused to give me contact number for accounts. No refund received , no acknowledgment, nothing . Everyone clearly working from home, calls not and, staff unprofessional.
Bank contacted and refunded .
DO NOT USE. There is clearly a major issue they are lying about
** update on response… usual generic response that they have chucked out from beginning to end to me and everyone else. A kindergartener could manage a company better, perhaps thats it!

This is a very bad Company

This is a very bad Company. They won't deliver your orders and will not refund your money. They have an awful customer service.
I ordered some items which they said will be delivered in 3 days. After about 2 weeks of not receiving my order, i contacted them only to be told they are not sure when they can have the item unstuck so i can request a refund. It's over a month now and i haven't received my refund. After relentlessly chasing them for my refund, they eventually told me to go to my card issuer to request my money. UNBELIEVABLE!
It feels like I am dreaming. I seriously regret dealing with a rogue company like LUXDECO.

Unethical company

Unethical company! They take your money, then cancel the order making up some excuse and do NOT refund your money, or delay it endlessly. Do NOT do business with this company
Even one star is 2 stars too many!

Update: upon my review on trustpilot the company Luxdeco wrote a reply apologizing and stating that they aim higher and apologize for any inconvenience. Exactly the same boilerplate, meaningless verbiage that I received in the multiple email replies. I will now post additional reviews of my experience/ ordeal with Luxdec on every social media platform available. Refund my money and stop sending apologetic messages!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I paid them over £5,000 in Sep 22! The products were never delivered and I’ve been chasing a refund for 6 months! I am assured it’s in the payroll system and will complete on a particular date but it never does! No one of any importance will take calls, emails just apologies but nothing gets done, no one calls me back and I’ve been scammed! Disgusting behaviour, legal action in motion.
