Love your show I am a 63 yr old white women with naturally black that I have co,ores for 30 years- my hair is past my shoulder blades- and thin on top. Square face would like longer curled to hit shoulder do you have one..? If so e-mail me I bought one but didn’t get the second one free what happened? Tina@

I was watching QVC VERY late last night and was so impressed with Sherri Shepherd's program. It was difficult to decide on which style and color to choose. Ms. Shepherd recommended that "If you are a first time purchaser" choose the color closest to your natural color. I just ordered and am anxiously awaiting my delivery.

Poor customer service. poor ordering changed my billing from one payment to three after order was placed! I'm not happy

I ordered a wig last spring and people cannot believe it is a wig. I had my best friend of 40 years put her finger underneath the wig in back to prove that it was a wig! I have very fine hair and love that the wigs are not real thick hair. You are the greatest and it is so nice to have confidence in myself as far as the hair goes. I have never had that confidence before. Thank you!!!

I have been wearing my Sherri Shepherd wig for 2 weeks now only during working hours and not on the weekends or evenings. The wig already looks terrible and the ends are dry and brittle. I want to curl the wig but I am afraid that I will make it worse. I am so disappointed especially because I paid so much for it. I have bought wigs that cost $20.00 that have lasted longer than the lux hair. I can't send it back because I cut the bangs when I first got it. I got on the website and attempted to send them an email but could not. I guess that I will be going back to buying cheap wigs.

I love these wigs from Sherri!!!!! I always seem to miss her on VCV, but actually you can't beat this site anyway!!!! I just wish all styles were available in all colors. But still, you can't beat this site!!!
By the way, I am a beautician, but Sherri still does it better than anyone !!!

I love Sherri Shepherd wigs and LuxHair seem to be the company to purchase it from, however there is problems in getting and operate on the phone to order.

First time on the site and very easy to use and follow.

This is my fourth purchase from Sherri! Wigs are so much fun!

Sherri's wigs are amazing. So sad having a difficult time finding them in stock.

I'm sorry I even had to give it one star. Extremely disappointed with Sherry and her company. Ordered not one but 2 wigs. Both colors were not the blond that I requested. I found a return address with instructions online and returned both wigs in pkg. with tags still attached immediately. Imagine my surprise when both packages were returned after 2 weeks saying sent to wrong address. One was even repackaged! When I called they said my 30 day return was too late. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! Sherry Shepherd this is your company. Too bad you couldn't run an honest business. Many of us have to buy a wig because of medical problems. You have no integrity and that's a shame..

I sent her a picture of my packing slip that I received with both the wigs to show her that indeed I bought from the original site. And asked where on their original website was their return information. I've not heard since then one word.

BUYER BEWARE! There are a couple companies that sell Sherri Shepherd wigs! Evidently I got one of those companies whose instructions I followed to a tee and sent to a Kansas City, MO address. The problem was I didn't order from that company so they sent my pkgs back! At least they were honest! The Luxhair Sherri Shepherd website DOES NOT have a way of returning the wigs!

PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY OR ANY OTHER PRODUCT FROM SHERRI SHEPHERD WIGS!

My recommendation is if you do want to return one of her wigs then besides posting with Trust pilot also send complaints to ELSA RAMEREZ and CRAIG SHANDLER! 844-531-8901

Sherri Shepard goes on Home & Family with free advertising for her wigs and says "Don't forget to enter the code "Sherri" for a 15% discount! Yea right!! No place to enter it online and if you call in they tell you what a great deal your getting but sorry their not able to enter your code anywhere either. Didn't place an order just because I expect to get what your told you will get. Maybe I'll get over it and order later....not right now, just because it's not right. Get with it Sherri, keep up with your business. A 15% discount is not that big a deal but you should honor what you say!!

Ordering on the site was very easy. I am looking forward to receiving the wig I ordered.

Textured Pixie Cut--The color (auburn/Blond) matched my hair perfectly. However, It just didn't work for me. The quality of the hair is excellent so I picked out another wig that I think will work perfectly. I ordered it and can't wait to get it. Thanks Sherri!!!
