Jim Roy proclaims to be honest, efficient and customer friendly.

Please note all he is exactly the opposite. His business ideology is based on not sharing facts and he lacks functional transparency in giving meritorious people equal and fair opportunity to buy/rent/sell real estate.

Does not exhibit genuine equality in dealing with people.

Reflects lack of real estate transactional experience and understanding.

Definitely do not recommend him to be trusted for your business and professional commitments/advisory services.
