I recently ordered a Cuban chain necklace and matching bracelet from Luxujewelry. The shipping was fast, and the quality of the pieces was excellent. However, I realized after receiving them that the bracelet was a bit too short for my wrist.

Instead of returning it right away, I ordered another bracelet in the correct length. Later, I discovered I could actually remove a few links from the necklace and add them to the original bracelet to get the perfect fit — a simple and effective fix!

I contacted Luxujewelry to cancel the second order, explaining the situation. To my surprise, they not only accepted the return without hesitation but also offered me a complimentary upgrade to a more expensive bracelet or a full refund — my choice. That level of care and flexibility is rare these days.

Webshops that go this extra mile to make sure their customers are satisfied absolutely deserve recognition. Friendly, professional service and clear communication throughout — I'm truly impressed.
