Three experiences after taking out our…

Three experiences after taking out our second
car insurance policy with LV.
1) Whilst I received electronic copy of my wife's policy no hard copy was forthcoming. This was done automatically for my policy with LV.
2) I cannot see both policies within one account as confirmed by yourselves. I tried multiple times to set up a separate account without success.
3) Contact details seem to be buried in FAQ's and I have other administrative tasks to deal with.

Avoid them! 3 years of loyalty mean nothing to them

As a loyal customer of three years, I am deeply disappointed with how I have been treated. Recently, my aluminium balcony door was damaged. The company sent out a technician to assess the damage, and his report was completely ridiculous—he described the state of the aluminium door as if it had been "eaten by woodworms" just to find an excuse to deny my claim.The company did absolutely everything they could to avoid paying out. In the end, they only paid £350 for a cracked glass pane, completely ignoring the fact that the door itself cost £2,200 and needs to be replaced.Be very careful with them. When you are buying a policy, they are incredibly nice and helpful. But the moment you actually need them, they leave you out in the cold. Do not trust them!

Very competitive quote £800 less than…

Very competitive quote £800 less than my renewal quote.Online form filling was straightforward and ivreall a very easy process, A plus over most insurers is that there is a phone number and if a chat boy.

Not happy 😒

Been insured with LV (house insurance) for many years to be honest I was too complacent and allowed the policy to just renew. I like many others am struggling financially and have even received help from our local food bank as its so bad. I really could have done without the whopping increase in my policy by £73.40 a month!!

Re the below response I have already spoken to someone as I kept receiving calls from LV even though I had advised I do not like speaking on the phone. Apparently the policy I have is the best option for me, the price rise is due to rising costs of products or whatever...oh, that's OK then I will just carry on not eating or having any kind of luxuries

Excellent service by insurer and other companies involved

Process explained clearly by insurance company (LV) and the repair company (HALO) kept me informed through out repair and standard of work is excellent.
Small problem with car hire company but that also generally went well and satisfied with everything overall.

Just cancelled pet insurance

Just cancelled pet insurance. LV increased premium by over 60%. No recent claims??? Then when I complained their caring customer service team emailed me someone else’s details. And they want over £1200 to insure a fit and healthy animal. Gone elsewhere.
